²⁴ Do not befriend an angry man. Do not associate with a man who throws fits. ²⁵ If you do you will learn his ways and you will become trapped. ²⁶ Do not give pledges and be guarantors for debts. ²⁷ If you have nothing to pay, why should he take away your bed from under you?

⁹ He who covers a transgression seeks love but he who gossips breaks up friendships.
