¹⁴ "Do not murder.

³² He who commits adultery with a woman is void of understanding. He who does it destroys his own soul.

⁵ Put to death, therefore, whatever is worldly in you: sexual immorality, impurity, lust, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry.

¹³ "Foods for the belly, and the belly for foods," but God will bring to nothing both it and them. But the body is not for sexual immorality, but for the Lord; and the Lord for the body.

⁹ Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the Kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. ¹⁹ Now the works of the flesh are obvious, which are: sexual immorality, uncleanness, lustfulness, ²⁰ idolatry, sorcery, hatred, strife, jealousies, outbursts of anger, rivalries, divisions, heresies, ²¹ envyings, murders, drunkenness, orgies, and things like these; of which I forewarn you, even as I also forewarned you, that those who practice such things will not inherit the Kingdom of God.

⁷ And it came to pass after these things that his masterʼs wife took notice of Joseph and she said, "Sleep with me." ⁸ But he refused, and said to his masterʼs wife, "Look, my master does not concern himself with anything in his house, and he has put all that he has into my care. ⁹ There is no one greater in this household than I am, nor has he kept back anything from me but you, since you are his wife. How then can I do such a great evil, and sin against God?" ¹⁰ And although she spoke to Joseph day after day, he did not listen to her to sleep with her or to be with her.

¹⁸ Flee sexual immorality. "Every sin that a person does is outside the body," but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. ¹⁹ Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own, ²⁰ for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body.

⁵ Do not deprive one another, unless it is by consent for a season, that you may give yourselves to prayer, and may be together again, that Satan does not tempt you because of your lack of self-control.

²⁸ but I tell you that everyone who looks at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart.

³ For this is the will of God: your sanctification, that you abstain from sexual immorality, ⁴ that each one of you know how to possess himself of his own vessel in sanctification and honor, ⁵ not in the passion of lust, even as the nations who do not know God;

¹⁸ Let your spring be blessed. Rejoice in the wife of your youth. ¹⁹ A loving doe and a graceful deer—let her breasts satisfy you at all times. Be captivated always with her love.

² But, because of sexual immoralities, let each man have his own wife, and let each woman have her own husband.

²⁴ Therefore a man will leave his father and his mother, and will join with his wife, and the two will become one flesh.

¹⁸ Flee sexual immorality. "Every sin that a person does is outside the body," but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body.

³ Let the husband fulfill his marital duty to his wife, and likewise also the wife to her husband. ⁴ The wife does not have authority over her own body, but the husband. Likewise also the husband does not have authority over his own body, but the wife. ⁵ Do not deprive one another, unless it is by consent for a season, that you may give yourselves to prayer, and may be together again, that Satan does not tempt you because of your lack of self-control.

⁴ Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled: for God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers.
