¹ You shall make no idols to yourselves; and you shall not set up for yourselves graven images, or a memorial pillar. And you shall not set up any image of stone in your land in order to bow down to it. For I am Jehovah your God. ² You shall keep My sabbaths and revere My sanctuary. I am Jehovah. ³ If you walk in My statutes and keep My commandments and do them, ⁴ then I will give you rain in due season, and the land shall yield her increase, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit. ⁵ And your threshing shall reach to the vintage, and the vintage shall reach to the sowing time. And you shall eat your bread to the full, and dwell in your land safely. ⁶ And I will give peace in the land, and you shall lie down and none shall make you afraid. And I will cause evil beasts to cease out of the land, neither shall the sword go through your land. ⁷ And you shall chase your enemies, and they shall fall before you by the sword. ⁸ And five of you shall chase a hundred, and a hundred of you shall put ten thousand to flight. And your enemies shall fall by the sword in front of you. ⁹ For I will have respect to you, and make you fruitful, and multiply you, and establish My covenant with you. ¹⁰ And you shall eat of the old provision, and clear away the old because of the new. ¹¹ And I will set My tabernacle among you. And My soul shall not abhor you. ¹² And I will walk among you and will be your God, and you shall be My people. ¹³ I am Jehovah your God, who brought you forth out of the land of Egypt, from being their bondmen. And I have broken the bonds of your yoke, and made you go upright. ¹⁴ But if you will not listen to Me, and will not do all these commandments, ¹⁵ and if you shall despise My statutes, or if your soul hates My judgments, so that you will not do all My commandments, so that you break My covenant; ¹⁶ I will also do this to you: I will even appoint terror over you, consumption, and burning fever, consuming the eyes and causing sorrow of heart. And you shall sow your seed in vain, for your enemies shall eat it. ¹⁷ And I will set My face against you, and you shall be slain before your enemies. They that hate you shall reign over you. And you shall flee when none pursues you. ¹⁸ And if you will not yet listen to Me for all this, then I will punish you seven times more for your sins. ¹⁹ And I will break the pride of your power, and I will make your heaven like iron and your earth like bronze. ²⁰ And your strength shall be spent in vain. For your land shall not yield its increase, neither shall the trees of the field yield their fruits. ²¹ And if you walk contrary to Me, and will not listen to Me, I will bring seven times more plagues on you according to your sins. ²² I will also send wild beasts among you, who shall bereave you. And I will destroy your cattle, and make you few. And your highways shall be deserted. ²³ And if you will not be reformed by Me by these things, but will still walk contrary to Me, ²⁴ then I will walk contrary to you and will punish you seven times more for your sins. ²⁵ And I will bring a sword on you that shall execute the vengeance of the covenant. And when you are gathered inside your cities, I will send the plague among you. And you shall be delivered into the hand of the enemy. ²⁶ When I have broken the staff of your bread, ten women shall bake your bread in one oven, and they shall deliver you your bread again by weight. And you shall eat and not be satisfied. ²⁷ And if you will not for all of this listen to Me, but will walk contrary to Me, ²⁸ then I will walk contrary to you also in fury. And I, even I, will chastise you seven times for your sins. ²⁹ And you shall eat the flesh of your sons, and the flesh of your daughters you shall eat. ³⁰ And I will destroy your high places and cut down your images, and throw your carcasses on the carcasses of your idols, and My soul shall despise you. ³¹ And I will make your cities waste and cause your sanctuaries to be deserted. And I will not smell the savor of your sweet odors. ³² And I will turn the land into wasteland. And your enemies who dwell in it shall be astonished at it. ³³ And I will scatter you among the nations, and will draw out a sword after you. And your land shall be waste, and your cities waste. ³⁴ Then shall the land enjoy its sabbaths, as long as it lies waste, and you are in your enemies' land; then shall the land rest and enjoy its sabbaths. ³⁵ As long as it lies waste it shall rest, because it did not rest in your sabbaths when you lived on it. ³⁶ And on those of you that are left I will send a faintness into their hearts in the lands of their enemies. And the sound of a driven leaf shall chase them, and they shall flee as if fleeing from a sword. And they shall fall when none pursues. ³⁷ And they shall fall on one another, as if it were before a sword, when none pursues. And you shall have no power to stand before your enemies. ³⁸ And you shall perish among the nations, and the land of your enemies shall eat you up. ³⁹ And they that are left of you shall putrefy in their iniquity in the lands of your enemies. And also they shall putrefy with them in the iniquities of their fathers. ⁴⁰ If they shall confess their wilfulness and the wilfulness of their fathers, with their sin which they sinned against Me, and that also they have walked contrary to Me, ⁴¹ I also will walk contrary to them and will bring them into the land of their enemies. If then their uncircumcised hearts are humbled, and they then pay for their iniquity, ⁴² then I will remember My covenant with Jacob, and also My covenant with Isaac, and also My covenant with Abraham I will remember. And I will remember the land. ⁴³ The land also shall be forsaken by them, and shall enjoy its sabbaths, while it lies waste without them. And they shall accept the punishment of their iniquities; because, even because they despised My judgments, and because their soul hated My statutes. ⁴⁴ And yet for all that, when they are in the land of their enemies, I will not cast them away, neither will I hate them, to destroy them utterly and to break My covenant with them. For I am Jehovah their God. ⁴⁵ But for their sakes, I will remember the covenant of their ancestors, whom I brought forth out of the land of Egypt in the sight of the heathen, so that I might be their God. I am Jehovah. ⁴⁶ These are the statutes and judgments and laws, which Jehovah made between Him and the sons of Israel in Mount Sinai by the hand of Moses.

⁴⁷ Because you did not serve Jehovah your God with joyfulness and with gladness of heart for the abundance of all things; ⁴⁸ therefore you shall serve your enemies which Jehovah shall send against you, in hunger, and in thirst, and in nakedness, and in the lack of all things. And he shall put a yoke of iron on your neck until he has destroyed you.

⁷³ JOD: Your hands have made me and formed me; give me understanding so that I may learn Your Commandments.

¹⁵ He who justifies the wicked, and he who condemns the just, even both of them are hateful to Jehovah.

¹ And seeing the multitudes, He went up into a mountain. And when He had sat down, His disciples came to Him. ² And He opened His mouth and taught them, saying, ³ Blessed are the poor in spirit! For they shall be called the sons of God. ¹⁰ Blessed are they who have been persecuted for righteousness sake! For theirs is the kingdom of Heaven. ¹¹ Blessed are you when men shall revile you and persecute you, and shall say all kinds of evil against you falsely, for My sake. ¹² Rejoice and be exceedingly glad, for your reward in Heaven is great. For so they persecuted the prophets who were before you. ¹³ You are the salt of the earth, but if the salt loses its savor, with what shall it be salted? It is no longer good for anything, but to be thrown out and to be trodden underfoot by men. ¹⁴ You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. ¹⁵ Nor do men light a lamp and put it under the grain-measure, but on a lampstand. And it gives light to all who are in the house. ¹⁶ Let your light so shine before men that they may see your good works and glorify your Father who is in Heaven. ¹⁷ Do not think that I have come to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I have not come to destroy but to fulfill. ¹⁸ For truly I say to you, Till the heaven and the earth pass away, not one jot or one tittle shall in any way pass from the Law until all is fulfilled. ¹⁹ Therefore whoever shall relax one of these commandments, the least, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of Heaven. But whoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of Heaven. ²⁰ For I say to you that unless your righteousness shall exceed that of the scribes and Pharisees, you shall in no case enter into the kingdom of Heaven. ²¹ You have heard that it was said to the ancients, "You shall not kill" --and, "Whoever shall kill shall be liable to the judgment." ²² But I say to you that whoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be liable to the judgment. And whoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be liable to the sanhedrin; but whoever shall say, Fool! shall be liable to be thrown into the fire of hell. ²³ Therefore if you offer your gift on the altar, and there remember that your brother has anything against you, ²⁴ leave your gift there before the altar and go. First be reconciled to your brother, and then come and offer your gift. ²⁵ Agree with your adversary quickly, while you are in the way with him; that the opponent not deliver you to the judge, and the judge deliver you to the officer, and you be thrown into prison. ²⁶ Truly I say to you, You shall by no means come out from there until you have paid the last kodrantes. ²⁷ You have heard that it was said to the ancients, "You shall not commit adultery." ²⁸ But I say to you that whoever looks on a woman to lust after her has already committed adultery with her in his heart. ²⁹ And if your right eye offends you, pluck it out and throw it from you. For it is profitable for you that one of your members should perish, and not that your whole body should be thrown into hell. ³⁰ And if your right hand offends you, cut it off and throw it from you. For it is profitable for you that one of your members should perish, and not that your whole body should be thrown into hell. ³¹ It was also said, Whoever shall put away his wife, let him give her a bill of divorce. ³² But I say to you that whoever shall put away his wife, except for the cause of fornication, causes her to commit adultery. And whoever shall marry her who is put away commits adultery. ³³ Again, you have heard that it has been said to the ancients, "You shall not swear falsely, but you shall perform your oaths to the Lord." ³⁴ But I say to you, Do not swear at all! Not by Heaven, because it is God's throne; ³⁵ not by the earth, for it is the footstool of His feet; not by Jerusalem, because it is the city of the great King; ³⁶ nor shall you swear by your head, because you cannot make one hair white or black. ³⁷ But let your word be, Yes, yes; No, no. For whatever is more than these comes from evil. ³⁸ You have heard that it was said, "An eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth." ³⁹ But I say to you, Do not resist evil. But whoever shall strike you on your right cheek, turn the other to him also. ⁴⁰ And to him desiring to sue you, and to take away your tunic, let him have your coat also. ⁴¹ And whoever shall compel you to go a mile, go with him two. ⁴² Give to him who asks of you, and you shall not turn away from him who would borrow from you. ⁴³ You have heard that it was said, "You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy." ⁴⁴ But I say to you, Love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who despitefully use you and persecute you, ⁴⁵ so that you may become sons of your Father in Heaven. For He makes His sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust. ⁴⁶ For if you love those who love you, what reward do you have? Do not even the tax-collectors do the same? ⁴⁷ And if you greet your brothers only, what do you do more than others? Do not even the tax-collectors do so? ⁴⁸ Therefore be perfect, even as your Father in Heaven is perfect.

¹⁵ If you love Me, keep My commandments.

⁸ in every way having been troubled, but not having been hemmed in; having been perplexed, but not utterly at a loss;

⁴ For it is a servant of God to you for good. For if you practice evil, be afraid, for it does not bear the sword in vain; for it is a servant of God, a revenger for wrath on him who does evil.

⁸ But if anyone does not provide for his own, and especially his family, he has denied the faith and is worse than an infidel.

¹⁶ All Scripture is God-breathed, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, ¹⁷ that the man of God may be perfected, thoroughly furnished to every good work.

¹⁴⁴ The righteousness of Your testimonies is everlasting; give me understanding, and I shall live.

¹⁹ not avenging yourselves, beloved, but giving place to wrath; for it is written, "Vengeance is Mine, I will repay, says the Lord."

²⁶ But the Comforter, the Holy Spirit whom the Father will send in My name, He shall teach you all things and bring all things to your remembrance, whatever I have said to you.

¹⁶⁹ TAU: Let my cry come near to You, O Jehovah; give me wisdom according to Your Word.
