¹⁴ So, the Lord Himself shall give you a sign. Behold, the virgin will conceive and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call His name Immanuel.

³⁸ Give, and it shall be given to you, good measure pressed down and shaken together and running over, they shall give into your bosom. For with the same measure that you measure, it shall be measured to you again.

⁴⁶ And Mary said, My soul magnifies the Lord, ⁴⁷ and my spirit has rejoiced in God my Savior.

And they will call His name Emmanuel," which being interpreted is, God with us. ²⁴ And Joseph, being roused from sleep, did as the angel of the Lord commanded him and took his wife, ²⁵ and did not know her until she bore her son, the First-born. And he called His name JESUS.

⁶ For to us a Child is born, to us a Son is given; and the government shall be on His shoulder; and His name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

¹⁶ For God so loved the world that He gave His only-begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
