³² Learn now a similitude from the fig tree. When its branches become tender and put forth leaves, you know that summer is nigh.

¹ However, concerning the times and the seasons, brethren, you have no need that I write to you:

⁶ On account of this, be exceeding glad, though now, for a little while, (since it is needful,) you are made sorry by divers trials;

⁹ Wherefore, let us not flag in well doing; for in the proper season we shall reap, if we faint not.

⁷ But he said to them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons which the Father has reserved to himself.
