Bible verses about "corruption" | KJ2000

Deuteronomy 31:25-29

25 That Moses commanded the Levites, who bore the ark of the covenant of the LORD, saying, 26 Take this book of the law, and put it by the side of the ark of the covenant of the LORD your God, that it may be there for a witness against you. 27 For I know your rebellion, and your stubbornness: behold, while I am yet alive with you this day, you have been rebellious against the LORD; and how much more after my death? 28 Gather unto me all the elders of your tribes, and your officers, that I may speak these words in their ears, and call heaven and earth as witness against them. 29 For I know that after my death you will utterly corrupt yourselves, and turn aside from the way which I have commanded you; and evil will befall you in the latter days; because you will do evil in the sight of the LORD, to provoke him to anger through the work of your hands.

Acts 13:34-37

34 And as concerning that he raised him up from the dead, now no more to return to corruption, he said in this way, I will give you the sure mercies of David. 35 Therefore he says also in another psalm, You shall not allow your Holy One to see corruption. 36 For David, after he had served his own generation by the will of God, fell asleep, and was laid with his fathers, and saw corruption: 37 But he, whom God raised again, saw no corruption.

2 Corinthians 11:13-15

13 For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. 14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. 15 Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.
