16 And herein I endeuour my selfe to haue alway a cleare conscience towarde God, and toward men.
5 For the end of the commandement is loue out of a pure heart, and of a good conscience, and of faith vnfained.
8 If there bee any that prouideth not for his owne, and namely for them of his housholde, hee denieth the faith, and is worse then an infidell.

8 But Daniel had determined in his heart, that hee woulde not defile him selfe with the portion of the Kings meate, nor with the wine which he dranke: therefore he required the chiefe of the Eunuches that he might not defile himselfe. 9 (Nowe God had brought Daniel into fauour, and tender loue with the chiefe of the Eunuches) 10 And the chiefe of the Eunuches sayd vnto Daniel, I feare my lord the King, who hath appointed your meate and your drinke: therefore if he see your faces worse liking then the other children, which are of your sort, then shall you make me lose mine head vnto the King. 11 Then sayd Daniel to Melzar, whome the chiefe of the Eunuches had set ouer Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah, 12 Proue thy seruants, I beseeche thee, ten dayes, and let them giue vs pulse to eate, and water to drinke. 13 Then let our countenances bee looked vpon before thee, and the countenances of the children that eate of the portion of the Kings meate: and as thou seest, deale with thy seruantes. 14 So hee consented to them in this matter, an proued them ten dayes. 15 And at the end of ten dayes, their countenances appeared fayrer, and in better liking then all the childrens, which did eate the portion of the Kings meate. 16 Thus Melzar tooke away the portion of their meat, and the wine that they should drinke, and gaue them pulse. 17 As for these foure children, God gaue them knowledge, and vnderstanding in al learning and wisedome: also he gaue Daniel vnderstanding of all visions and dreames. 18 Nowe when the time was expired, that the King had appoynted to bring them in, the chiefe of the Eunuches brought them before Nebuchad-nezzar. 19 And the King communed with them: and among them al was found none like Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah: therefore stoode they before the king. 20 And in all matters of wisedome, and vnderstanding that the King enquired of them, hee founde them tenne times better then all the inchanters and astrologians, that were in all his realme.
21 Let mine vprightnes and equitie preserue me: for mine hope is in thee.
1 I say the trueth in Christ, I lye not, my conscience bearing mee witnes in the holy Ghost,
7 For a Bishop must bee vnreproueable, as Gods steward, not froward, not angrie, not giuen to wine, no striker, not giuen to filthie lucre,
12 And haue your conuersation honest among the Gentiles, that they which speake euill of you as of euill doers, may by your good woorkes which they shall see, glorifie God in the day of visitation.
31 And as ye would that men should doe to you, so doe ye to them likewise.
8 Furthermore, brethre, whatsoeuer things are true, whatsoeuer things are honest, whatsoeuer thinges are iust, whatsoeuer thinges are pure, whatsoeuer thinges are worthie loue, whatsoeuer things are of good report, if there be any vertue, or if there be any praise, thinke on these things,
18 Pray for vs: for we are assured that we haue a good conscience in all things, desiring to liue honestly.
1 Bvt speake thou the thinges which become wholesome doctrine, 2 That the elder men be watchful, graue, teperate, sounde in the faith, in loue, and in patience: 3 The elder women likewise, that they be in such behauiour as becommeth holinesse, not false accusers, not subiect to much wine, but teachers of honest things, 4 That they may instruct the yong women to be sober minded, that they loue their husbands, that they loue their children, 5 That they be temperate, chaste, keeping at home, good and subiect vnto their husbands, that the word of God be not euill spoken of. 6 Exhort yong men likewise, that they bee sober minded. 7 In all things shewe thy selfe an ensample of good woorkes with vncorrupt doctrine, with grauitie, integritie, 8 And with the wholesome woorde, which can not be condemned, that hee which withstandeth, may be ashamed, hauing nothing concerning you to speake euill of. 9 Let seruants be subiect to their masters, and please them in al things, not answering again, 10 Neither pickers, but that they shew al good faithfulnesse, that they may adorne the doctrine of God our Sauiour in all things. 11 For that grace of God, that bringeth saluation vnto all men, hath appeared, 12 And teacheth vs that we should denie vngodlinesse and worldly lusts, and that we should liue soberly and righteously, and godly in this present world, 13 Looking for that blessed hope, and appearing of that glorie of that mightie God, and of our Sauiour Iesus Christ, 14 Who gaue him selfe for vs, that hee might redeeme vs from all iniquitie, and purge vs to bee a peculiar people vnto himselfe, zealous of good woorkes.
21 Prouiding for honest thinges, not onely before the Lord, but also before men.
3 To doe iustice and iudgement is more acceptable to the Lord then sacrifice.
10 He that is faithfull in the least, hee is also faithful in much: and he that is vniust in the least, is vniust also in much.
23 And whatsoeuer ye doe, doe it heartily, as to the Lord, and not to men,
16 Hauing a good coscience, that whe they speake euill of you as of euill doers, they may be ashamed, which slander your good conuersation in Christ.
7 He that walketh in his integritie, is iust: and blessed shall his children be after him.
22 The lying lips are an abomination to the Lord: but they that deale truely are his delite.
1 Better is the poore that walketh in his vprightnes, then he that abuseth his lips, and is a foole.
3 The vprightnes of the iust shall guide them: but the frowardnes of the transgressers shall destroy them.
6 Better is the poore that walketh in his vprightnesse, then hee that peruerteth his wayes, though he be riche.
9 He that walketh vprightly, walketh boldely: but he that peruerteth his wayes, shalbe knowen.
7 Beloued, let vs loue one another: for loue commeth of God, and euery one that loueth, is borne of God, and knoweth God. 8 Hee that loueth not, knoweth not God: for God is loue. 9 Herein was that loue of God made manifest amongst vs, because God sent that his onely begotten sonne into this world, that we might liue through him. 10 Herein is that loue, not that we loued God, but that he loued vs, and sent his Sonne to be a reconciliation for our sinnes.
