⁴⁷ Because thou seruedst not the Lord thy God with ioyfulnesse and with a good heart for the abundance of all things. ⁴⁸ Therefore thou shalt serue thine enemies which the Lord shall send vpon thee, in hunger and in thirst, and in nakednesse, and in neede of all things? and he shall put a yoke of yron vpon thy necke vntill he haue destroyed thee.

Doe not the Publicanes euen the same? ⁴⁷ And if ye be friendly to your brethren onely, what singular thing doe ye? doe not euen the Publicanes likewise? ⁴⁸ Ye shall therefore be perfit, as your Father which is in heauen, is perfite.

⁶ Iesus sayd vnto him, I am that Way, and that Trueth, and that Life. No man commeth vnto the Father, but by me.

⁶ Humble your selues therefore vnder the mightie hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time. ⁷ Cast all your care on him: for he careth for you.
