¹¹ You shall not steal. You shall not lie: neither shall any man deceive his neighbour.

But you are washed: but you are sanctified: but you are justified: in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ and the Spirit of our God.

¹⁵ All things are clean to the clean: but to them that are defiled and to unbelievers, nothing is clean: but both their mind and their conscience are defiled. ¹⁶ They profess that they know God: but in their works they deny him: being abominable and incredulous and to every good work reprobate.

¹ Now the Spirit manifestly saith that in the last times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to spirits of error and doctrines of devils,

¹¹ Put you on the armour of God, that you may be able to stand against the deceits of the devil.

¹³ But evil men and seducers shall grow worse and worse: erring, and driving into error,

¹⁶ Six things there are, which the Lord hateth, and the seventh his soul detesteth: ¹⁷ Haughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, ¹⁸ A heart that deviseth wicked plots, feet that are swift to run into mischief, ¹⁹ A deceitful witness that uttereth lies, and him that soweth discord among brethren.

¹ Dearly beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits if they be of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.
