²⁶ And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness; and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the heavens, and over the cattle, and over the whole earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth on the earth.

³⁰ And Moses said to the children of Israel, See, Jehovah has called by name Bezaleel the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah, ³¹ and he has filled him with the spirit of God, in wisdom, in understanding, and in knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship, ³² and to devise artistic things: to work in gold, and in silver, and in copper, ³³ and in cutting of stones, for setting, and in carving of wood, to execute all artistic work; ³⁴ and he has put in his heart to teach, he and Aholiab, the son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan: ³⁵ he has filled them with wisdom of heart, to work all manner of work of the engraver, and of the artificer, and of the embroiderer, in blue, and in purple, in scarlet, and in byssus, and of the weaver, [even] of them that do every kind of work, and of those that devise artistic work

¹⁹ Do ye not know that your body is [the] temple of the Holy Spirit which [is] in you, which ye have of God; and ye are not your own? ²⁰ for ye have been bought with a price: glorify now then God in your body.

¹ [There is] then now no condemnation to those in Christ Jesus.

¹ But concerning spiritual [manifestations], brethren, I do not wish you to be ignorant. ² Ye know that when ye were [of the] nations [ye were] led away to dumb idols, in whatever way ye might be led. ³ I give you therefore to know, that no one, speaking in [the power of the] Spirit of God, says, Curse [on] Jesus; and no one can say, Lord Jesus, unless in [the power of the] Holy Spirit. ⁴ But there are distinctions of gifts, but the same Spirit; ⁵ and there are distinctions of services, and the same Lord; ⁶ and there are distinctions of operations, but the same God who operates all things in all. ⁷ But to each the manifestation of the Spirit is given for profit. ⁸ For to one, by the Spirit, is given [the] word of wisdom; and to another [the] word of knowledge, according to the same Spirit; ⁹ and to a different one faith, in [the power of] the same Spirit; and to another gifts of healing in [the power of] the same Spirit; ¹⁰ and to another operations of miracles; and to another prophecy; and to another discerning of spirits; and to a different one kinds of tongues; and to another interpretation of tongues. ¹¹ But all these things operates the one and the same Spirit, dividing to each in particular according as he pleases.

But God has tempered the body together, having given more abundant honour to [the part] that lacked; ²⁵ that there might be no division in the body, but that the members might have the same concern one for another. ²⁶ And if one member suffer, all the members suffer with [it]; and if one member be glorified, all the members rejoice with [it]. ²⁷ Now *ye* are Christ`s body, and members in particular. ²⁸ And God has set certain in the assembly: first, apostles; secondly, prophets; thirdly, teachers; then miraculous powers; then gifts of healings; helps; governments; kinds of tongues. ²⁹ [Are] all apostles? [are] all prophets? [are] all teachers? [are] all [in possession of] miraculous powers? ³⁰ have all gifts of healings? do all speak with tongues? do all interpret? ³¹ But desire earnestly the greater gifts, and yet shew I unto you a way of more surpassing excellence.

⁸ For ye are saved by grace, through faith; and this not of yourselves; it is God`s gift:

³⁸ And Peter said to them, Repent, and be baptised, each one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ, for remission of sins, and ye will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.

³ For I say, through the grace which has been given to me, to every one that is among you, not to have high thoughts above what he should think; but to think so as to be wise, as God has dealt to each a measure of faith. ⁴ For, as in one body we have many members, but all the members have not the same office; ⁵ thus we, [being] many, are one body in Christ, and each one members one of the other. ⁶ But having different gifts, according to the grace which has been given to us, whether [it be] prophecy, [let us prophesy] according to the proportion of faith; ⁷ or service, [let us occupy ourselves] in service; or he that teaches, in teaching; ⁸ or he that exhorts, in exhortation; he that gives, in simplicity; he that leads, with diligence; he that shews mercy, with cheerfulness.

¹⁷ And everything, whatever ye may do in word or in deed, [do] all things in [the] name of [the] Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father by him.

¹⁵ Thanks [be] to God for his unspeakable free gift.

²⁹ For the gifts and the calling of God [are] not subject to repentance.

⁸ For ye are saved by grace, through faith; and this not of yourselves; it is God`s gift: ⁹ not on the principle of works, that no one might boast.

¹⁷ Every good gift and every perfect gift comes down from above, from the Father of lights, with whom is no variation nor shadow of turning.

¹⁰ each according as he has received a gift, ministering it to one another, as good stewards of [the] various grace of God.
