¹⁰ He delineated a circle on the face of the waters, Unto the boundary of light with darkness.

⁴¹ Who prepares its provision for the raven, When its young implore to El, Which stray without food?

¹⁰ Now the day of the Lord will be arriving as a thief, in which the heavens shall be passing by with a booming noise, yet the elements shall be dissolved by combustion, and the earth and the works in it shall be found."

⁵ He has founded the earth on its bases. It shall never slip for the eon and further.

Standing, pray, are they, and saving you are the astrologers, the seers of visions in the stars, the informers for new moons, from the things which are coming on you? ¹⁴ Behold! They all become as straw. Fire shall burn them up. They shall not rescue their soul from the hand of the blaze. It is no ember to warm them, or light to sit in front of."

¹ {Solomonic{ O Elohim, bestow Your right judgments on the king, And Your righteousness on the royal son." ² May he adjudicate Your people with righteousness, And Your humbled ones with redress." ³ May the mountains bear peace for the people, And the hills blossom with righteousness." ⁴ May he redress the humbled of the people; May he save the sons of the needy And crush the exploiter. ⁵ He shall abide long as the sun And before the moon, generation after generations." ⁶ He shall descend like rain on the grassland, Like showers, drenching the earth." ⁷ Righteousness shall bud in His day, And abundant peace until the moon is no more." ⁸ He shall hold sway from sea unto sea, And from the stream unto the limits of the earth." ⁹ Before Him His foes shall bow, And His enemies shall lick up the soil." ¹⁰ The kings of Tarshish and the coastlands shall render a tributary present; The kings of Sheba and Seba shall offer levy. ¹¹ And all the kings shall bow down to Him; All nations shall serve Him. ¹² For He shall rescue the needy one imploring, And the humbled one, when there is no helper for him." ¹³ He shall be a refuge for the poor and needy one, And the souls of the needy shall He save." ¹⁴ From fraud and from violence shall He redeem their soul, And their blood shall be precious in His eyes." ¹⁵ So may He live; May one give to Him from Sheba's gold, And may one pray about Him continually; May the entire day bless Him." ¹⁶ There shall come to be a plenitude of cereal in the earth to the summit of the mountains. Its fruit shall rustle like Lebanon, And they of the city shall blossom like herbage of the earth." ¹⁷ His Name shall remain for the eon; Before the sun shall His Name be propagated, And all nations shall bless themselves in Him and call Him happy." ¹⁸ Blessed be Yahweh, Elohim, the Elohim of Israel, Doing marvelous works by Himself alone, ¹⁹ And blessed be His glorious Name for the eon! The entire earth shall be filled with His glory! {Amen and Amen.{ ²⁰ The prayers of David son of Jesse are ended.

Praise Yahweh from the heavens; Praise Him in the heights. ² Praise Him, all His messengers; Praise Him, all His hosts." ³ Praise Him, sun and moon; Praise Him, all stars of light." ⁴ Praise Him, heavens of the heavens, And the waters that are above the heavens." ⁵ May they praise the Name of Yahweh, For He Himself determined, and they were created." ⁶ He makes them stand for the future, for the eon; He has set down a statute, and it shall not pass away." ⁷ Praise Yahweh from the earth, Sea monsters and every abyss, ⁸ Fire and hail, snow and fume, Tempestuous wind, performing His word, ⁹ Mountains and all hills, Fruit trees and all cedars, ¹⁰ Wild animal and every domestic beast, Reptile and winged bird, ¹¹ Kings of the earth and all national groups, Chiefs and all judges of the earth, ¹² Choice young men and virgins too, Old men along with youths." ¹³ May they praise the Name of Yahweh, For an Impregnable Retreat is His Name, His alone; His splendor is over the earth and heavens;" ¹⁴ He has raised up a horn for His people, Praise for all His benign ones, For the sons of Israel, a people near Him. Praise Yah."

⁵ The sun rises, and the sun sets And gasps back to its place, That it may radiate there once more."

¹⁹ Guard yourselves lest you should lift up your eyes toward the heavens, and you see the sun and the moon and the stars, all the host of the heavens, and be induced to bow yourself down to them and serve them, which Yahweh your Elohim has apportioned to all other peoples beneath the entire heavens.
