²⁵ that Moses instructed the Levites, the carriers of the coffer of the covenant of Yahweh, saying. ²⁶ You are to take this scroll of the law, and you must place it by the side of the coffer of the covenant of Yahweh your Elohim, and it will come to be there as a testimony against you, ²⁷ for I know your rebellion and your scruff of obstinacy. Behold in my day, while I am still with you alive, you have been rebellious against Yahweh, indeed, how much more so after my death!" ²⁸ Assemble to me all the elders of your tribes and your superintendents, and let me speak in their ears all these words, and let me summon the heavens and the earth to testify against them. ²⁹ For I know that after my death you shall bring ruin, yea ruin on yourselves; you will withdraw from the way that I enjoined on you, and the evil visitation will befall you in the latter days, for you shall do the thing that is evil in the eyes of Yahweh so as to provoke Him to vexation by the work of your hands.

¹⁰ For You shall not forsake my soul in the unseen; You shall not allow Your benign one to see corruption.

³³ These things have I spoken to you that in Me you may have peace. In the world you have affliction. But courage! I have conquered the world."

³⁴ Now, seeing that He raises Him from among the dead, by no means longer about to return to decay, He has thus declared that, I shall be giving you the faithful benignities of David.'" ³⁵ Wherefore, in a different place also, He is saying, 'Thou wilt not be giving Thy Benign One to be acquainted with decay.'" ³⁶ For David, indeed, subserving his own generation by God's counsel, was put to repose, and was added to his fathers, and was acquainted with decay;" ³⁷ yet He Whom God rouses was not acquainted with decay.

²⁷ For Thou wilt not be forsaking my soul in the unseen, Nor wilt Thou be giving Thy Benign One to be acquainted with decay."

² and not to be configured to this eon, but to be transformed by the renewing of your mind, for you to be testing what is the will of God, good and well pleasing and perfect."

² I am aware of your acts, and your toil, and your endurance, and that you can not bear evil men, and you try those saying that they themselves are apostles, and they are not, and you found them false;"

¹³ For such are false apostles, fraudulent workers, being transfigured into apostles of Christ. " ¹⁴ And no marvel, for Satan himself is being transfigured into a messenger of light. " ¹⁵ It is no great thing, then, if his servants also are being transfigured as dispensers of righteousness - whose consummation shall be according to their acts. "

²¹ that the creation itself, also, shall be freed from the slavery of corruption into the glorious freedom of the children of God."

⁴ through which have been presented to us the precious and greatest promises, that through these you may become participants of the divine nature, fleeing from the corruption which is in the world by lust."

⁸ for he who is sowing for his own flesh, from the flesh shall be reaping corruption, yet he who is sowing for the spirit, from the spirit shall be reaping life eonian."

¹⁹ promising them freedom, they are inherently slaves of corruption; for by whom anyone is discomfited, to this one he has been enslaved also."
