¹ And Jephthah the Gileadite has been a mighty man of valor, and he [is] son of a woman, a harlot; and Gilead begets Jephthah,

⁸ Now if you are without discipline, of which all have become partakers, consequently you are bastards and not sons."

² No bastard shall come into the assembly of Yahweh. Even the tenth generation from him may not come into the assembly of Yahweh.
