²³ Sing to the Lord, all the earth; proclaim His salvation from day to day.

¹ When the house was built after the Captivity, a Song of David. Sing to the Lord a new song; sing to the Lord, all the earth. ² Sing to the Lord, bless His name; proclaim His salvation from day to day. ³ Proclaim His glory among the Gentiles, His wonderful works among all people. ⁴ For the Lord is great, and greatly to be praised; He is to be feared above all gods. ⁵ For all the gods of the heathen are demons; but the Lord made the heavens. ⁶ Thanksgiving and beauty are before Him; holiness and majesty are in His sanctuary. ⁷ Bring to the Lord, you families of the Gentiles, bring to the Lord glory and honor. ⁸ Bring to the Lord the glory due His name; take offerings, and go into His courts. ⁹ Worship the Lord in His holy court; let all the earth tremble before Him. ¹⁰ Say among the heathen, The Lord reigns; for He has established the world so that it shall not be moved; He shall judge the people in righteousness. ¹¹ Let the heavens rejoice, and the earth exalt; let the sea be moved, and all its fullness. ¹² The plains shall rejoice, and all things in them; then shall all the trees of the wood exalt before the presence of the Lord; ¹³ for He comes, for He comes to judge the earth; He shall judge the world in righteousness, and the people with His truth.

⁸ And I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go to this people? And I said, behold, I am here, send me. And He said, Go, and say to this people,

¹³ For I am your God, who holds your right hand, who says to you,

⁷ as a season of beauty upon the mountains, as the feet of one preaching glad tidings of peace, as one preaching good news; for I will proclaim your salvation, saying, O Zion, your God shall reign.

¹ And the word of the Lord came to Jonah the second time, saying, ² Rise, go to Nineveh, the great city, and preach in it according to the former preaching which I spoke to you of. ³ And Jonah arose, and went to Nineveh, as the Lord had spoken. Now Nineveh was an exceedingly great city, of about three days' journey. ⁴ And Jonah began to enter into the city about a day's journey, and he preached, and said, Yet three days, and Nineveh shall be overthrown. ⁵ And the men of Nineveh believed God, and proclaimed a fast, and put on sackcloth, from the greatest of them to the least of them. ⁶ And the word reached the king of Nineveh, and he arose from off his throne, and took off his robe, and put on sackcloth, and sat on ashes. ⁷ And proclamation was made, and it was commanded in Nineveh by the king and by his great men, saying, Let not men, or cattle, or oxen, or sheep, taste any thing, nor feed, nor drink water. ⁸ So men and cattle were clothed with sackcloth, and cried earnestly to God; and they turned everyone from their evil way, and from the iniquity that was in their hands, saying, ⁹ Who knows if God will relent, and turn from His fierce anger, and so we shall not perish?

⁶ Then I saw an angel flying in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to proclaim to those who dwell on the earth, and to every nation, tribe, language, and people,

²⁴ Declare among the nations His glory, His wondrous deeds among all peoples.

¹⁰ And the gospel must first be proclaimed to all the nations.

⁴⁷ and that repentance and forgiveness of sins should be preached in His name to all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.

⁸ But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth."

¹⁴ And when we all had fallen down to the ground, I heard a voice speaking to me and saying in the Hebrew language, 'Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting Me? It is hard for you to kick against the goads.' ¹⁵ "So I said, 'Who are You, Lord?' And He said, 'I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting. ¹⁶ But arise and stand on your feet; for I have appeared to you, to appoint you a minister and a witness both of the things which you have seen, and of the things which I will yet reveal to you, ¹⁷ delivering you from the people, and from the Gentiles, to whom I am sending you, ¹⁸ to open their eyes, in order to turn them from darkness to light, and from the authority of Satan to God, in order for them to receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who are sanctified by faith in Me.'

¹⁹ Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,

¹⁴ And this good news of the kingdom will be proclaimed in all the world for a testimony to all the nations, and then the end will come.

⁴⁷ For so the Lord has commanded us: 'I have set you to be a light of the nations, that you should be for salvation to the end of the earth.' "

³ Proclaim His glory among the Gentiles, His wonderful works among all people.

¹³ For "whosoever shall call upon the name of the LORD shall be saved." ¹⁴ How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear apart from a preacher? ¹⁵ And how shall they preach unless they are sent? Just as it is written: "How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel of peace, of those preaching the gospel of good things!"

¹⁵ And He said to them, "Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to all creation.
