Genesis 29:25-32 And it came to pass, that in the morning, behold, it was Leah: and he said to Laban, What is this thou hast done to me? did I not serve with thee for Rachel? why then hast thou deceived me?

25 H1242 And it came to pass, that in the morning, H3812 behold, it was Leah: H559 [H8799] and he said H3837 to Laban, H6213 [H8804] What is this thou hast done H5647 [H8804] to me? did I not serve H7354 with thee for Rachel? H7411 [H8765] why then hast thou deceived me?

26 H3837 And Laban H559 [H8799] said, H6213 [H8735] It must not be so done H4725 in our country, H5414 [H8800] to give H6810 the younger H6440 at the face of H1067 the firstborn.

27 H4390 [H8761] Fulfil H2063 her H7620 week, H5414 [H8799] and we will give H5656 thee this also for the service H5647 [H8799] which thou shalt serve H7651 with me yet seven H312 other H8141 years.

28 H3290 And Jacob H6213 [H8799] did H4390 [H8762] so, and fulfilled H7620 her week: H5414 [H8799] and he gave H7354 him Rachel H1323 his daughter H802 for a wife also.

29 H3837 And Laban H5414 [H8799] gave H7354 to Rachel H1323 his daughter H1090 Bilhah H8198 his handmaid H8198 to be her maid.

30 H935 [H8799] And he went in H7354 also to Rachel, H157 [H8799] and he loved H7354 also Rachel H3812 more than Leah, H5647 [H8799] and served H7651 with him yet seven H312 other H8141 years.

31 H3068 And when the LORD H7200 [H8799] saw H3812 that Leah H8130 [H8803] was hated, H6605 [H8799] he opened H7358 her womb: H7354 but Rachel H6135 was barren.

32 H3812 And Leah H2029 [H8799] conceived, H3205 [H8799] and bore H1121 a son, H7121 [H8799] and she called H8034 his name H7205 Reuben: H3588 for H559 [H8804] she said, H3588 Surely H3068 the LORD H7200 [H8804] hath looked H6040 upon my affliction; H3588 now therefore H376 my husband H157 [H8799] will love me.
