Deuteronomy 6:1-9

  1 H4687 Now these are the commandments H2706 , the statutes H4941 , and the judgments H3068 , which the LORD H430 your God H6680 [H8765] commanded H3925 [H8763] to teach H6213 [H8800] you, that ye may do H776 them in the land H5674 [H8802] where ye go H3423 [H8800] to possess it:

  2 H3372 [H8799] That thou mayest fear H3068 the LORD H430 thy God H8104 [H8800] , to keep H2708 all his statutes H4687 and his commandments H6680 [H8764] , which I command H1121 thee, thou, and thy son H1121 , and thy son's H1121 son H3117 , all the days H2416 of thy life H3117 ; and that thy days H748 [H8686] may be prolonged.

  3 H8085 [H8804] Hear H3478 therefore, O Israel H8104 [H8804] , and observe H6213 [H8800] to do H3190 [H8799] it; that it may be well H7235 [H8799] with thee, and that ye may increase H3966 mightily H3068 , as the LORD H430 God H1 of thy fathers H1696 [H8765] hath promised H776 thee, in the land H2100 [H8802] that floweth H2461 with milk H1706 and honey.

  4 H8085 [H8798] Hear H3478 , O Israel H3068 : The LORD H430 our God H259 is one H3068 LORD:

  5 H157 [H8804] And thou shalt love H3068 the LORD H430 thy God H3824 with all thy heart H5315 , and with all thy soul H3966 , and with all thy might.

  6 H1697 And these words H6680 [H8764] , which I command H3117 thee this day H3824 , shall be in thy heart:

  7 H8150 [H8765] And thou shalt teach them diligently H1121 to thy children H1696 [H8765] , and shalt talk H3427 [H8800] of them when thou sittest H1004 in thy house H3212 [H8800] , and when thou walkest H1870 by the way H7901 [H8800] , and when thou liest down H6965 [H8800] , and when thou risest up.

  8 H7194 [H8804] And thou shalt bind H226 them for a sign H3027 upon thy hand H2903 , and they shall be as frontlets H5869 between thy eyes.

  9 H3789 [H8804] And thou shalt write H4201 them upon the posts H1004 of thy house H8179 , and on thy gates.
