2 Thessalonians 2 Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Anointed, and by our gathering together to him,

2 G1519 That G5209 ye G4531 0 be G3361 not G5030 soon G4531 [G5683] wavered G575 in G3563 mind, G3383 or G2360 [G5745] be alarmed, G3383 neither G1223 by G4151 spirit, G3383 nor G1223 by G3056 word, G3383 nor G1223 by G1992 letter G5613 as G1223 from G2257 us, G5613 as G3754 that G2250 the day G5547 of Anointed G1764 [G5758] has come.

3 G1818 0 Let G3361 no G5100 man G1818 [G5661] deceive G5209 you G2596 by G3367 any G5158 means: G3754 for G3362 that day shall not come, except G2064 [G5632] there come G646 a defection G4412 first, G2532 and G444 that man G266 of sin G601 [G5686] be revealed, G5207 the son G684 of loss;

4 G3588 Who G480 [G5740] opposeth G2532 and G5229 [G5746] exalteth G1909 himself above G3956 all G3004 [G5746] that is called G2316 God, G2228 or G4574 that is worshipped; G5620 so G846 that he G5613 as G2316 God G2523 [G5658] sitteth G1519 in G3485 the inmost temple G2316 of God, G584 [G5723] showing G1438 himself G3754 that G2076 [G5748] he is G2316 God.

5 G3421 [G5719] Remember ye G3756 not, G3754 that, G5607 [G5752] when I was G2089 yet G4314 with G5209 you, G3004 [G5707] I told G5213 you G5023 these things?

6 G2532 And G3568 now G1492 [G5758] ye know G2722 [G5723] what restraineth G1519 that G846 he G601 [G5683] might be revealed G1722 in G1438 his G2540 season.

7 G1063 For G3466 the mystery G458 of lawlessness G1754 0 doth G2235 already G1754 [G5731] work: G3440 only G737 he who now G2722 [G5723] restraineth G2193 will do so, until G1096 [G5638] he be taken G1537 out of G3319 the way.

8 G2532 And G5119 then G601 0 shall G3588 the G459 lawless one G601 [G5701] be revealed, G3739 whom G2962 the Lord G355 [G5692] shall consume G4151 with the spirit G846 of his G4750 mouth, G2532 and G2673 [G5692] shall render useless G2015 with the brightness G846 of his G3952 coming:

9 G3739 Even him, whose G3952 presence G2076 [G5748] is G2596 according to G1753 the working G4567 of the adversary G1722 in G3956 all G1411 power G2532 and G4592 signs G2532 and G5579 lying G5059 wonders,

10 G2532 And G1722 in G3956 every G539 deception G3588 G93 of injustice G1722 in G3588 the ones G622 [G5730] being made lost; G473 because G3739 that G1209 [G5662] they received G3756 not G3588 the G26 love G3588 of the G225 truth, G1519 that G3588 G846 they G4982 [G5683] might be saved.

11 G2532 And G5124 for this G1223 cause G2316 God G3992 [G5692] shall send G846 them G1753 a working G4106 of delusion, G1519 that G846 they G4100 [G5658] should believe G5579 a lie:

12 G2443 That G3956 they all G2919 [G5686] may be damned G3588 who G4100 [G5660] believed G3361 not G225 the truth, G235 but G2106 [G5660] had pleasure G1722 in G93 injustice.

13 G1161 But G2249 we G3784 [G5719] are bound G2168 [G5721] to give thanks G3842 always G2316 to God G4012 for G5216 you, G80 brethren G25 [G5772] beloved G5259 by G2962 the Lord, G3754 because G2316 God G138 0 hath G575 from G746 the beginning G138 [G5639] chosen G5209 you G1519 to G4991 salvation G1722 through G38 sanctification G4151 of the Spirit G2532 and G4102 belief G225 of the truth:

14 G1519 To G3739 which G2564 [G5656] he called G5209 you G1223 by G2257 our G2098 good news, G1519 in G4047 procurement G1391 of the glory G2257 of our G2962 Lord G2424 Jesus G5547 Anointed.

15 G686 G3767 Therefore, G80 brethren, G4739 [G5720] stand fast, G2532 and G2902 [G5720] hold G3862 the traditions G3739 which G1321 [G5681] ye have been taught, G1535 whether G1223 by G3056 word, G1535 G1223 or G2257 our G1992 epistle.

16 G1161 Now G2257 our G2962 Lord G2424 Jesus G5547 Anointed G846 himself, G2532 and G2316 God, G2532 even G2257 our G3962 Father, G3588 who G25 [G5660] hath loved G2248 us, G2532 and G1325 [G5631] hath given G166 us age-during G3874 consolation G2532 and G18 good G1680 hope G1722 through G5485 grace,

17 G3870 [G5659] Comfort G5216 your G2588 hearts, G2532 and G4741 0 fix G5209 you G4741 [G5659] firmly G1722 in G3956 every G18 good G3056 word G2532 and G2041 work.
