  21:1   2532 και And 3778 ταύτα these are 3588 τα the 1345 δικαιώματα ordinances 3739 α which 3908 παραθήσεις you shall place 1799-1473 ενώπιον αυτών before them.   21:2   1437 εάν If 2932 κτήση you should acquire 3816 παίδα [²servant * Εβραίον ¹a Hebrew], 1803 εξ [³six 2094 έτη ⁴years 1398 δουλεύσει ¹he shall serve 1473 σοι ²to you], 3588-1161 τω δε but the 1442 εβδόμω seventh 2094 έτει year 565 απελεύσεται you shall send 1658 ελεύθερος him free 1431 δωρεάν without charge.   21:3   1437 εάν If 1473 αυτός he 3441 μόνος alone 1525 εισέλθη should enter, 2532 και also 3441 μόνος alone 1831 εξελεύσεται he shall go forth; 1437-1161 εάν δε but if 1135 γυνή a wife 4897 συνεισέλθη should enter together 3326 μετ΄ with 1473 αυτού him, 2532 και also 3588 η the 1135 γυνή wife 1831 εξελεύσεται shall go out together 3326 μετ΄ with 1473 αυτού him.   21:4   1437-1161 εάν δε And if 3588 ο the 2962 κύριος master 1325 δω should give 1473 αυτώ to him 1135 γυναίκα a wife, 2532 και and 5088 τέκη she should bear 1473 αυτώ to him, 5207 υιούς sons 2532 και and 2364 θυγατέρας daughters, 3588 η the 1135 γυνή wife 2532 και and 3588 τα the 3813 παιδία children 1510.8.3 έσται shall be 3588 τω   2962-1473 κυρίω αυτού his masters, 1473-1161 αυτός δε and he 3441 μόνος alone 1831 εξελεύσεται shall go forth 3326 μετ΄ by 1473 αυτού himself.   21:5   1437-1161 εάν δε And if 611 αποκριθείς responding 2036 είπη [³should have said 3588 ο ¹the 3816 παις ²servant], 25 ηγάπηκα I have loved 3588 τον   2962-1473 κύριόν μου my master, 2532 και and 3588 την   1135-1473 γυναίκά μου my wife, 2532 και and 3588 τα the 3813 παιδία children; 3756-665.1 ουκ αποτρέχω I do not run 1658 ελεύθερος free.   21:6   4317 προσάξει [²shall lead 1473 αυτόν ³him 3588 ο   2962-1473 κυριός αυτού ¹Then his master] 4314 προς to 3588 το the 2922 κριτήριον judgment seat 3588 του   2316 θεού of God, 2532 και and 5119 τότε then 4317 προσάξει lead 1473 αυτόν him 4314 προς to 3588 την the 2374 θύραν door, 1909 επί unto 3588 τον the 4712.4 σταθμόν doorpost. 2532 και And 5168.1 τρυπήσει [³shall make a hole in 1473 αυτού ¹his 3588 ο   2962 κύριος ²master] 3588 το the 3775 ους ear 3588 τω with the 3692.1 οπητίω shoemaker's awl, 2532 και and 1398 δουλεύσει he shall serve 1473 αυτώ to him 1519 εις into 3588 τον the 165 αιώνα eon.   21:7   1437-1161 εάν δε But if 5100 τις any 591 απόδωται should give over 3588 την   1438 εαυτού his own 2364 θυγατέρα daughter 3610.1 οικέτιν as a domestic servant, 3756-565 ουκ απελεύσεται she shall not go forth 5618 ώσπερ as 665.1 αποτρέχουσιν [³run forth 3588 αι ¹the 1399 δούλαι ²maidservants].   21:8   1437 εάν If 3361-2100 μη ευαρεστήση she should not be well-pleasing 3588 τω to 2962-1473 κυρίω αυτής her master, 3739 ην who 3756 ου did not 2527.1 καθωμολογήσατο solemnly promise 1473 αυτήν her; 628.1 απολυτρώσει on payment of ransom he shall release 1473 αυτήν her; 1484 έθνει [⁸nation 1161 δε ¹but 245 αλλοτρίω ⁷to an alien 3756 ου ⁴not 2962 κύριός ²the master 1510.2.3 εστι ³is 4453 πωλείν ⁵to sell 1473 αυτήν ⁶her], 3754 ότι for 114 ηθέτησεν he disrespected 1722 εν   1473 αυτή her.   21:9   1437-1161 εάν δε And if 3588 τω to 5207-1473 υιώ αυτού his son 2527.1 καθομολογήσηται he solemnly promised 1473 αυτήν her, 2596 κατά according to 3588 το the 1345 δικαίωμα ordinance 3588 των of the 2364 θυγατέρων daughters 4160 ποιήσει he shall commit 1473 αυτή to her.   21:10   1437-1161 εάν δε And if 243 άλλην [²another woman 2983 λάβη ¹he should take] 1438 εαυτώ to himself, 3588 τα the 1163 δέοντα things necessary, 2532 και and 3588 τον the 2441 ιματισμόν clothes, 2532 και and 3588 την   3657-1473 ομιλίαν αυτής her companionship 3756 ουκ he shall not 650 αποστερήσει deprive.   21:11   1437-1161 εάν δε And if 3588 τα   5140-3778 τρία ταύτα these three things 3361-4160 μη ποιήση he should not do 1473 αυτή for her, 1831 εξελεύσεται she shall go forth 1431 δωρεάν freely, 427 άνευ without 694 αργυρίου paying money.   21:12   1437-1161 εάν δε And if 3960-5100 πατάξη τις any should strike 5100 τινά any, 2532 και and 599 αποθάνη he should die, 2288 θανάτω to death 2289 θανατούσθω let him be put to death!   21:13   1487-1161 ει δε But if it be done 3756 ουχ not 1635 εκών willingly, 235 αλλά but 3588 ο   2316 θεός God 3860 παρέδωκεν delivered up 1519 εις into 3588 τας   5495-1473 χείρας αυτού his hands, 1325 δώσω I will give 1473 σοι to you 5117 τόπον a place 3739 ου in which 5343 φεύξεται he shall flee 1563 εκεί there -- 3588 ο the 5407 φονεύσας one man-slaying.   21:14   1437-1161 εάν δε But if 5100 τις any 2007 επίθηται should set against 3588 τω the 4139 πλησίον neighbor 3588 του   615 αποκτείναι to kill 1473 αυτόν him 1388 δόλω by treachery, 2532 και and 2703 καταφύγη should take refuge; 575 από [³from 3588 του   2379-1473 θυσιαστηρίου μου ⁴my altar 2983 λήψη ¹you shall take 1473 αυτόν ²him] 2289 θανατώσαι to be put to death.   21:15   3739 ος Whoever 5180 τύπτει beats 3962-1473 πατέρα αυτού his father 2228 η or 3384-1473 μητέρα αυτού his mother, 2288 θανάτω to death 2289 θανατούσθω he should be put to death.   21:16   3588 ο The one 2551 κακολογών speaking evil 3962-1473 πατέρα αυτού of his father 2228 η or 3384-1473 μητέρα αυτού his mother, 2288 θανάτω to death 5053 τελευτάτω let him come to an end!   21:17   3739 ος Who 1437 εάν ever 2813 κλέψη should steal 5100 τις any 5100 τινά of any one 3588 των of the 5207 υιών sons * Ισραήλ of Israel, 2532 και and 2616 καταδυναστεύσας tyrannizing 1473 αυτόν him, 591 αποδώται should give him over, 2532 και and 2147 ευρεθή should be found 1722 εν with 1473 αυτώ him, 2288 θανάτω to death 5053 τελευτάτω let him come to an end!   21:18   1437-1161 εάν δε And if 3058 λοιδορώνται [³revile each other 1417 δύο ¹two 435 άνδρες ²men], 2532 και and 3960 πατάξωσι one should strike 3588 τον the 4139 πλησίον neighbor 3037 λίθω with a stone 2228 η or 4435 πυγμή fist, 2532 και and 3361-599 μη αποθάνη he should not die, 2625-1161 κατακλιθή δε but lies down 1909 επί upon 3588 την the 2845 κοίτην bed;   21:19   1437 εάν if 1817 εξαναστάς in arising, 3588 ο the 444 άνθρωπος man 4043 περιπατήση should walk 1854 έξω outside 1909 επί upon 4464-1473 ραβδόν αυτού his cane, 121-1510.8.3 αθώος έσται [³will be innocent 3588 ο ¹the one 3960 πατάξας ²striking]; 4133 πλην except 3588 της   691.1-1473 αργίας αυτού [²for his idleness 661 αποτίσει ¹he shall pay], 2532 και and 3588 τα the 2394.3 ιατρεία physician's fee.   21:20   1437-1161 εάν δε But if 5100 τις any 3960 πατάξη strike 3588 τον   3816-1473 παίδα αυτού his servant 2228 η or 3588 την   3814-1473 παιδίσκην αυτού his maidservant 1722 εν with 4464 ράβδω a rod, 2532 και and 599 αποθάνη one should die 5259 υπό by 3588 τας   5495-1473 χείρας αυτού his hand, 1349 δίκη with punishment 1556 εκδικηθήσεται let him be punished!   21:21   1437-1161 εάν δε And if 1226.4 διαβιώση the one should continue to live 2250 ημέραν [²day 1520 μίαν ¹one] 2228 η or 1417 δύο two, 3756 ουκ he shall not 1556 εκδικηθήσεται be punished, 3588 το   1063 γαρ for 694-1473 αργύριον αυτού [²his money 1510.2.3 εστιν ¹he is].   21:22   1437-1161 εάν δε And if 3164 μάχωνται [³should do combat 1417 δύο ¹two 435 άνδρες ²men], 2532 και and 3960 πατάξωσι should strike 1135 γυναίκα a woman 1722 εν [²in 1064 γαστρί ³the womb 2192 έχουσαν ¹having one], 2532 και and 1831 εξέλθη should come forth 3588 το   3813-1473 παιδίον αυτής her child 3361 μη not 1825.2 εξεικονισμένον completely formed, 1933.3 επιζήμιον with a fine 2210 ζημιωθήσεται he shall be penalized, 2530 καθότι in so far 302 αν as 1911 επιβάλη [⁵should put upon him 3588 ο ¹the 435 ανήρ ²husband 3588 της ³of the 1135 γυναικός ⁴woman], 2532 και and 1325 δώσει he shall give 3326 μετά by means of 515.1 αξιώματος what is fit.   21:23   1437-1161 εάν δε And if 1825.2 εξεικονισμένον [²completely formed 1510.3 η ¹it should be], 1325 δώσει he shall give 5590 ψυχήν life 473 αντί for 5590 ψυχής life,   21:24   3788 οφθαλμόν eye 473 αντί for 3788 οφθαλμού eye, 3599 οδόντα tooth 473 αντί for 3599 οδόντος tooth, 5495 χείρα hand 473 αντί for 5495 χειρός hand, 4228 πόδα foot 473 αντί for 4228 ποδός foot,   21:25   2619.5 κατάκαυμα burning 473 αντί for 2619.5 κατακαύματος burning, 5134 τραύμα wound 473 αντί for 5134 τραύματος wound, 3468 μώλωπα stripe 473 αντί for 3468 μώλωπος stripe.   21:26   1437-1161 εάν δε And if 5100 τις any 3960 πατάξη should strike 3588 τον the 3788 οφθαλμόν eye 3588 του   3610-1473 οικέτου αυτού of his man-servant, 2228 η or 3588 τον the 3788 οφθαλμόν eye 3588 της   2321.1-1473 θεραπαίνης αυτού of his female attendant, 2532 και and 1626.4 εκτυφλώση he should blind; 1658 ελευθέρους [³free 1821 εξαποστελεί ¹he shall send 1473 αυτούς ²them] 473 αντί on account 3588 του   3788-1473 οφθαλμού αυτών of their eye.   21:27   1437-1161 εάν δε And if 3588 τον the 3599 οδόντα tooth 3588 του of the 3610 οικέτου man-servant, 2228 η or 3588 τον the 3599 οδόντα tooth 3588 της   2321.1-1473 θεραπαίνης αυτού of his female attendant 1581 εκκόψη he should knock out; 1658 ελευθέρους [³free 1821 εξαποστελεί ¹he shall send 1473 αυτούς ²them] 473 αντί on account of 3588 του   3599-1473 οδόντος αυτών their tooth.   21:28   1437-1161 εάν δε And if 2768.3 κερατίση [²should gore 5022 ταύρος ¹a bull] 435 άνδρα a man 2228 η or 1135 γυναίκα woman, 2532 και and 599 αποθάνη either die; 3037 λίθοις with stones 3036 λιθοβοληθήσεται you shall stone 3588 ο the 5022 ταύρος bull, 2532 και and 3756 ου you shall not 977 βρωθήσεται eat 3588 τα   2907-1473 κρέα αυτού of its meats; 3588-1161 ο δε but the 2962 κύριος owner 3588 του of the 5022 ταύρου bull 121-1510.8.3 αθώος έσται shall be innocent.   21:29   1437-1161 εάν δε But if 3588 ο the 5022 ταύρος bull 2769.1 κερατιστής [²goring 1510.7.1 η ¹was] 4253 προ before 3588 της   5504 εχθές yesterday 2532 και and 4253 προ before 3588 της the 5154 τρίτης third day before, 2532 και and 1263 διαμαρτύρωνται men testified 3588 τω to 2962-1473 κυρίω αυτού its owner, 2532 και and 3361 μη he should not 853 αφανίση remove 1473 αυτόν it; 337-1161 ανελή δε and if it should have done away with 435 άνδρα a man 2228 η or 1135 γυναίκα a woman, 3036 λιθοβοληθήσεται they shall stone 3588 ο the 5022 ταύρος bull, 2532 και and 3588 ο the 2962 κύριος owner 1473 αυτού of it 4325.1 προσαποθανείται shall die in addition.   21:30   1437-1161 εάν δε And if 3083 λύτρα ransoms 1911 επιβληθή should be put 1473 αυτώ to him, 1325 δώσει he shall give 3083 λύτρα ransoms 3588 της for the 5590 ψυχής life 1473 αυτού of it, 3745 όσα as much 1437 εάν as 1911 επιβάλωσιν should be put upon 1473 αυτώ him.   21:31   1437-1161 εάν δε And if 5207 υιόν a son 2228 η or 2364 θυγατέρα daughter 2768.3 κερατίση should be gored, 2596 κατά according to 3588 το   1345-3778 δικαίωμα τούτο this ordinance 4160 ποιήσωσιν they shall observe 1473 αυτώ it.   21:32   1437-1161 εάν δε And if 3816 παίδα [⁴a manservant 2768.3 κερατίση ³should have gored 3588 ο ¹the 5022 ταύρος ²bull] 2228 η or 3814 παιδίσκην a maidservant, 694 αργυρίου [⁴of silver 5144 τριάκοντα ²thirty 1323 δίδραχμα ³double-drachmas 1325 δώσει ¹he shall give] 3588 τω to 2962-1473 κυρίω αυτών their owner, 2532 και and 3588 ο the 5022 ταύρος bull 3036 λιθοβοληθήσεται shall be stoned.   21:33   1437-1161 εάν δε And if 5100 τις any 455 ανοίξη should open 2978.1 λάκκον a pit, 2228 η or 2998 λατομήση a quarry 2978.1 λάκκον pit, 2532 και and 3361 μη should not 2572 καλύψη cover 1473 αυτόν it, 2532 και and 1706 εμπέση [⁴should fall in 1563 εκεί ⁵there 3448 μόσχος ¹a calf 2228 η ²or 3688 όνος ³donkey],   21:34   3588 ο the 2962 κύριος owner 3588 του of the 2978.1 λάκκου pit 661 αποτίσει shall pay; 694 αργύριον [²money 1325 δώσει ¹he shall give] 3588 τω to 2962-1473 κυρίω αυτών their owner, 3588-1161 το δε and the 5053 τετελευτηκός animal coming to an end 1473-1510.8.3 αυτώ έσται will be his.   21:35   1437-1161 εάν δε And if 2768.3 κερατίση [³should gore 5100 τινός ¹any 5022 ταύρος ²bull] 3588 τον the 5022 ταύρον bull 3588 του of the 4139 πλησίον neighbor, 2532 και and 5053 τελευτήση it should come to an end, 591 αποδώσονται they shall give over 3588 τον   5022 ταύρον [³bull for sale 3588 τον ¹the 2198 ζώντα ²living], 2532 και and 1244 διελούνται divide 3588 το the 694 αργύριον money 1473 αυτού from it, 2532 και and 3588 τον the 5022 ταύρον bull 3588 τον   2348 τεθνηκότα having died 1244 διελούνται they shall divide.   21:36   1437-1161 εάν δε And if 1107 γνωρίζηται it is made known 3588 ο [²the 5022 ταύρος ³bull 3754 ότι ¹that 2769.1 κερατιστής ⁵given to goring 1510.2.3 εστι ⁴is] 4253 προ before 3588 της   5504 εχθές yesterday 2532 και and 4253 προ before 3588 της the 5154 τρίτης third 2250 ημέρας day, 2532 και and 1263 διαμεμαρτυρημένοι [²have been testifying 1510.3 ώσι ¹they should] 3588 τω to 2962-1473 κυρίω αυτού its owner, 2532 και and 3361 μη he did not 853 αφανίση remove 1473 αυτόν it, 661 αποτίσει he shall pay 5022 ταύρον bull 473 αντί for 5022 ταύρου bull, 3588-1161 ο δε but the 5053 τετελευτηκώς bull coming to an end 1473-1510.8.3 αυτώ έσται will be his.
