είπαν they said, 2400 ιδού Behold, 1722 εν while 3588 τω the 3588 το   3808 παιδάριον boy 2089 έτι was still 2198 ζην living, 2980 ελαλήσαμεν we spoke 4314 προς to 1473 αυτόν him, 2532 και and 3756 He has died.   12:20   2532 και And 450-* ανέστη Δαυίδ David rose up 1537 εκ from 3588 της the 1093 γης ground, 2532 και and 3068 ελούσατο bathed, 2532 και and 218 ηλείψατο anointed himself, 2532 και While still 2198 ζώντος living 3522 ενήστευες you fasted, 2532 και and 2799 έκλαιες wept, 2532 και and 69 ηγρύπνεις were sleepless; 2532 και and 2259 ηνίκα when 599 απέθανε [³died 3588 το ¹the 3808 παιδάριον ²boy] 450 ανέστης you rose up 2532 και and 2068 έφαγες ate 740 άρτον bread 2532 και and 4095 πέπωκας drank?   12:22   2532 και And 2036-* είπεν Δαυίδ David said, 1722 εν While 3588 τω   3588 το the 3808 παιδάριον boy 2089 έτι was still 2198 ζην living, 3522 ενηστεύσα I fasted 2532 και and 2799 έκλαυσα wept. 3754 ότι For 2036 είπα I said, 5100 τις Who 1492 οίδεν knows 1487 ει if 1653 ελεήσει [²will show mercy 1473 με ³on me 2962 κύριος ¹the lord], 2532 και and 2198 ζήσεται [³shall live 3588 το ¹the 3808 παιδάριον ²boy]?   12:23   2532 και And 3568 νυν now 2348 τέθνηκεν he has prophet; 2532 και and 2564 εκάλεσε called 3588 το   3686-1473 όνομα αυτού his name * Ιεδδιδία Jedidiah, 1722 εν by 3056 λόγω the word 2962 κυρίου of the lord.   12:26   2532 και And 4170-* επολέμησεν Ιωάβ Joab waged war 1722 εν with * Ραββάθ Rabbah 5207 υιών of the sons * Αμμών of Ammon, 2532 και and 2638 κατέλαβε he overtook 3588 την the 4172 πόλιν city 3588 της of the 932 βασιλείας kingdom.   12:27   2532 και And 649-* απέστειλεν Ιωάβ Joab sent 32 αγγέλους messengers 4314 προς to * Δαυίδ David, 2532 και and 2036 είπεν said, 4170 επολέμησα I waged war 1722 εν against * Ραββάθ Rabbah, 2532 και and 2638 κατελαβόμην overtook 3588 την the 4172 πόλιν city 3588 των   5204 υδάτων of waters.   12:28   2532 και And 3568 νυν now, 4863 συνάγαγε gather together 3588 το the 2645 κατάλοιπον rest
