¹⁵ For this we tell you in the word of the Lord, that we who shall be living and remain to the coming of the Lord, shall not be before those that are asleep.

²⁵ And when he came into the house, Jesus prevented him and said, What thinkest thou, Simon? Of whom do the kings of the earth take custom or tribute? Of their own children, or of other people?

⁵¹ Behold, I tell you a mystery: we shall not all sleep; but we shall all be changed in a moment, ⁵² in the twinkling of an eye, at the sound of the last trumpet (for the trumpet shall sound) and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed: ⁵³ for this corruptible body must put on incorruption, and this mortal body must be clothed with immortality.

¹⁴ knowing that He, who raised up the Lord Jesus, will raise up us also by Jesus, and present us with you.

¹⁹ For what is our hope, or joy, or crown of boasting? are not ye also among others in the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ at his coming?
