¹⁸ And it came to pass, as He was praying alone, the disciples were with Him, and He asked them, saying, "Who do the multitudes say that I am?"

¹³ And Jesus, having come into the parts of Caesarea Philippi, was asking His disciples, saying, "Who do men say that the Son of Man is?" ¹⁴ And they said, "Some say John the Immerser; and others, Elijah; and others Jeremiah, or one of the prophets." ¹⁵ And He saith to them, "But who do ye say that I am?" ¹⁶ And Simon Peter, answering, said, "Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God."
