⁶ And thou Bethlehem of the land of Juda, art thou the least among the princes of Juda? for out of thee shall come a Governor that shall rule my People Israel.

¹ Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judea, in the days of Herod the king, behold, there came wise-men from the east to Jerusalem,

¹⁸ And Jesus came, and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and on earth.

⁴² Does not the scripture say, that the Christ cometh of the seed of David, and out of the town of Bethlehem, where David was?

¹⁶ the Lord saith to him the second time, Simon [son] of John, lovest thou me? He saith unto him, Yes, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my sheep.

²² And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him the head over all things to the church,

¹⁸ And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the first-born from the dead; that in all things he might have the pre-eminence,

²⁷ And he shall rule them with a rod of iron: as the vessels of a potter shall they be broken to shivers, even as I received of my Father.

¹⁵ And the seventh angel sounded, and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdom of this world is become the kingdom of our Lord, and of his Christ, and he shall reign for ever and ever.
