⁴⁰ Again therefore they cried out, saying, Not this man, but Barabbas. Now Barabbas was a robber.

²⁶ Then released he Barabbas unto them: and when he had scourged Jesus he delivered him to them that they might crucifie him.

⁷ And there was one named Barabbas, who lay bound with them that had made an insurrection, who had committed murder in the insurrection.
