³⁵ The king’s favor is toward a servant who deals wisely, but his wrath is toward one who causes shame.

⁴ A perverse heart will be far from me. I will have nothing to do with evil. ⁵ I will silence whoever secretly slanders his neighbor. I won’t tolerate one who is arrogant and conceited. ⁶ My eyes will be on the faithful of the land, that they may dwell with me. That is where the weeping and grinding of teeth will be.

To whomever much is given, of him will much be required; and to whom much was entrusted, of him more will be asked.
