⁹ For we know in part, and we prophesy in part;

²⁷ All things were delivered to me by my Father; and no one knoweth the Son but the Father; nor doth any one know the Father, but the Son, and he to whom it is the will of the Son to reveal him.

³⁴ For "who hath known the mind of the Lord? or who hath been made his counselor?"

⁹ but, as it is written: "The things which eye hath not seen, and ear hath not heard, and which have not entered into the heart of man, the great things which God hath prepared for those that love him."

² if any one think that he knoweth anything, he knoweth nothing yet, as he ought to know;

¹² For now we see in a mirror, obscurely; but then face to face; now I know in part, but then I shall fully know even as I also am fully known.

⁸ To me, who am less than the least of all saints, was this grace given, to make known among the gentiles the glad tidings of the unsearchable riches of Christ,

¹⁸ that ye may be able to comprehend, with all the saints, what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height, ¹⁹ and to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye may be filled unto all the fullness of God.

² that their hearts may be encouraged, they being knit together in love, and that they may attain to all the riches of a full assurance of the understanding, to the full knowledge of the mystery of God; ³ in which are stored up all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.

¹⁰ Concerning which salvation the prophets sought earnestly and searched earnestly, who prophesied of the grace that was to come to you; ¹¹ searching what or what manner of time the Spirit of Christ which was in them signified, when it testified beforehand the sufferings to come upon Christ, and the glories that were to follow; ¹² to whom it was revealed, that not to themselves, but to you, they were ministering the things, which have now been announced to you by them that have brought the glad tidings to you by the Holy Spirit sent down from heaven; which things angels desire to look into.

² Beloved, now are we children of God, and it hath not yet been manifested what we shall be. We know that, when it shall be manifested, we shall be like him; because we shall see him as he is.
