⁷ And Moses wente out to mete hys father in lawe and did obeisaunce and kissed him, and they saluted eche other & came into the tent.

¹⁷ And as he returned againe from the slaughter of Kedorlaomor & of the kings that were with hym, then came the kynge of Sodome to mete him in the vale of Saue, which now is called kinges dale.

² And he lyfte vp hys eyes and looked: & lo, thre men stode not farre from him. And when he sawe them, he ran to mete them from the tent dore, & fel to the ground

¹ And there came .ij. angels to Sodome at euen. And Lot sat at the gate of the cyte. And Lot sawe them, & rose vp to mete them, & he bowed hym self to the ground with hys face.

¹³ When Laban heard tell of Iacab hys sisters sonne, he ran to mete hym, & embraced him & kissed him, & brought him to his house And then Iacob tolde Laban all the matter.

And laste of all came Ioseph & Rahel and dyd theyr obeysaunce.

²⁷ And he welcomed them courteously saying: is youre father that olde man whych ye tolde me of, in good health? and is he yet alyue? ²⁸ they answered: thy seruaunt our father is in good health and is yet aliue. And they bowed them selues and fel to the ground.

¹⁵ Moerouer he kissed all his brethren & wepte vpon them. And after that, his brethren talked with him

²⁹ And Ioseph made redye his charet and went to mete Israhel hys father vnto Gosan, and presented hym selfe vnto hym, and fell on hys necke and wepte vpon hys necke a good whyle.

¹² Kysse the sonne, lest the Lorde be angrye and so ye peryshe from the ryght way. For his wrath shalbe kindled shortly: blessed are all they that put their trust in hym.

⁴⁵ Thou gauest me no kisse: but she, sence the tyme I came in, hath not ceased to kisse my fete.

³⁷ And they wept al aboundauntly, and fell on Paules necke, & kyssed him

¹⁵ And from thence, when the brethren hearde of vs, they came against vs to Apiphorum, and to the thre tauernes. When Paule sawe them, he thanked God, and waxed bold.
