⁷ saying with a great voice, Fear God and give glory to Him! For the hour of His judgment has come. And worship Him who made the heaven and the earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.

¹² And He said, Do not lay your hand on the lad, nor do anything to him. For now I know that you fear God, since you have not withheld your son, your only one, from Me.

¹¹ For in six days Jehovah made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested the seventh day. Therefore Jehovah blessed the Sabbath day, and sanctified it.

¹⁹ And Joshua said to Achan, My son, I pray you, give glory to Jehovah, the God of Israel, and make confession to Him. And tell me now what you have done. Do not hide it from me.

⁵ And you shall make images of your hemorrhoids, and images of your mice which mar the land. And you shall give glory to the God of Israel. Perhaps He will lighten His hand from off you, and from off your gods, and from off your land.

⁶ You, even You, are Jehovah alone. You have made the heavens, heaven of the heavens, with all their host, the earth, and all things on it, the seas, and all in them, and You preserve them all. And the host of the heavens worships You.

⁶ By the Word of Jehovah were the heavens made; and all the host of them by the breath of His mouth.

¹ To the Chief Musician. A Psalm of David, the servant of Jehovah. The oracle utters transgression to the wicked within my heart. There is no fear of God before his eyes.

⁷ God is greatly to be feared in the congregation of the saints, and to be adored by all around Him.

⁵ The sea is His, and He made it, and His hands formed the dry land.

⁸ Our help is in the name of Jehovah, who made the heavens and earth.

⁵ Blessed is he who has the God of Jacob for his help, whose help is in Jehovah his God, ⁶ who made the heavens and earth, the sea and all that is in it; who keeps truth forever;

²² Jehovah possessed me from the beginning of His way, before His works of old. ²³ I was anointed from everlasting, from the beginning, before the earth ever was. ²⁴ When there were no depths, I was brought forth; when there were no springs heavy with water. ²⁵ Before the mountains were settled, before the hills, I was brought forth. ²⁶ before He had made the earth, or the fields or the highest part of the dust of the world. ²⁷ When He prepared the heavens, I was there; when He set a circle upon the face of the deep; ²⁸ when He set the clouds above; when He made the strong fountains of the deep; ²⁹ when He gave to the sea its limit that the waters should not pass His command; when He appointed the foundations of the earth; ³⁰ even I was a workman at His side; and I was daily His delight, rejoicing always before Him; ³¹ rejoicing in the world, His earth; and my delight was with the sons of men.

¹³ Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter. Fear God, and keep His commandments. For this is the whole duty of man. ¹⁴ For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it is good, or whether evil.

³ The voice of him who cries in the wilderness, Prepare the way of Jehovah, make straight a highway in the desert for our God.

⁶ The voice said, Cry! And he said, What shall I cry? All flesh is grass, and all the beauty of it is as the flower of the field.

⁹ Go up for yourself on the high mountain, bringer of good tidings to Zion. Lift up your voice with strength, O you who bring good tidings to Jerusalem; lift up, do not be afraid. Say to the cities of Judah, Behold your God!

¹² Give glory to Jehovah and declare His praise in the coastlands.

²³ Sing, O heavens; for Jehovah has done it. Shout, lower parts of the earth. Break out into singing, O mountains, O forest, and every tree in it. For Jehovah has redeemed Jacob, and glorified Himself in Israel.

⁷ How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of him who brings good tidings, making peace heard; who brings good news, making salvation heard; who says to Zion, Your God reigns! ⁸ The voice of Your watchmen shall lift up! They lift up the voice together; they sing aloud. For they shall see eye to eye, when Jehovah shall bring again Zion.

¹ Cry aloud, do not spare, lift up your voice like a ram's horn, and show My people their rebellion, and the house of Jacob their sins.

¹⁰ But Jehovah is the true God, He is the living God, and the everlasting King. At His wrath the earth shall tremble, and the nations shall not be able to stand His fury.

² And you, son of man, so says the Lord Jehovah to the land of Israel: An end! The end has come on the four corners of the land.

⁶ An end has come, the end has come. It awakes against you; behold, it has come.

¹⁹ And he said, Behold, I will make you know what shall happen in the last end of the indignation. For it is for the time appointed for the end.

¹ Put a trumpet to your mouth. He comes like an eagle against the house of Jehovah, because they have broken My covenant and have sinned against My Law.

² If you will not hear, and if you will not set it on your heart to give glory to My name, says Jehovah of Hosts, then I will send a curse upon you, and I will curse your blessings. And indeed I have cursed it, because you do not set it on your heart.

¹³ Therefore watch, for you do not know either the day or the hour in which the Son of Man comes.

¹⁸ Were none found who returned to give glory to God except this foreigner?

²⁵ Truly, truly, I say to you, The hour is coming and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God, and they who hear shall live. ²⁶ For as the Father has life in Himself, so He has given to the Son to have life within Himself, ²⁷ and has given Him authority to execute judgment also, because He is the Son of Man. ²⁸ Do not marvel at this, for the hour is coming in which all who are in the graves shall hear His voice, ²⁹ and shall come forth, those who have done good to the resurrection of life, and those who have practiced evil to the resurrection of condemnation.

¹⁵ and saying, Men, why do you do these things? We also are men of like passions with you, and preaching the gospel to you to turn you from these vanities to the living God, who made the heaven and the earth and the sea, and all things in them;

²³ For as I passed by and saw the things you worship, I also found an altar with this inscription: TO THE UNKNOWN GOD. Not knowing then whom you worship, I make Him known to you. ²⁴ The God who made the world and all things in it, since He is Lord of Heaven and earth, does not dwell in temples made with hands, ²⁵ nor is served with men's hands, as though He needed anything, since He gives life and breath and all things to all.

⁷ But the end of all things has drawn near. Therefore be of sound mind, and be sensible to prayers.

⁹ And whenever the living creatures gave glory and honor and thanks to Him who sat on the throne, who lives forever and ever,

¹¹ O Lord, You are worthy to receive glory and honor and power, because You created all things, and for Your will they are and were created.

¹⁰ And the third angel sounded, and a great star burning like a lamp fell from the heaven, and it fell on the third part of the rivers and on the fountains of waters.

¹³ And in that hour a great earthquake occurred, and the tenth part of the city fell. And seven thousand names of men were slain in the earthquake. And the rest were frightened and gave glory to the God of Heaven.

¹⁸ And the nations were full of wrath, and Your wrath came, and the time of the judging of the dead, and to give the reward to Your servants the prophets, and to the saints, and to the ones fearing Your name, to the small and to the great, and to destroy those destroying the earth.

⁴ Who shall not fear You, O Lord, and glorify Your name? For You only are holy. For all nations shall come and worship before You, for Your righteousnesses were made known.

⁹ And men were burned with great heat. And they blasphemed the name of God, He having authority over these plagues. And they did not repent in order to give Him glory.

¹⁰ standing afar off for fear of her torment, saying, Woe! Woe to the great city, Babylon, that strong city! For in one hour your judgment came.

¹⁷ For in one hour such great riches was desolated. And every ship-pilot, and all the company on the ships, and sailors, and as many as work the sea, stood afar off.

¹⁹ And they threw dust on their heads, and cried, weeping and mourning, saying, Woe! Woe to the great city, by which all who had ships in the sea were rich out of her costliness! For in one hour she was ruined.

⁵ And a voice came out of the throne, saying, Praise our God, all His servants, and the ones fearing Him, the small and great.
