⁵ For You, O God, have heard my vows; You have given an inheritance to those who fear Your name.

⁵ Jehovah is the portion of my inheritance, and of my cup; You shall uphold my lot. ⁶ The lines have fallen to me in pleasant places; yea, I have a beautiful inheritance.

¹² Your vows are on me, O God; I will give praises to You.

¹ To the Chief Musician. A Psalm and Song of David. To You silence is praise, O God, in Zion; and to You is a vow paid.

¹⁹ Surely God has heard; He has attended to the voice of my prayer.

¹¹ Teach me Your way, O Jehovah; I will walk in Your truth; my heart rejoices to fear Your name.

¹³ He will bless those who fear Jehovah, both small and great.

And I will pity them as a man has pity on his son who serves him. ¹⁸ Then you shall again see the difference between the righteous and the wicked, between him who serves God, and him who does not serve Him.
