²⁶ And God said, let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; and let them rule over the fish of the sea, and over the birds of the heavens, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over all the creepers creeping on the earth.

²² And Jehovah God said, Behold! The man has become as one of Us, to know good and evil. And now, lest he put forth his hand and also take from the Tree of Life, and eat, and live forever,

¹ This is the book of the generations of Adam: In the day that God created man. He made him in the likeness of God.

² And your fear and your dread shall be on all the animals of the earth, and on every bird of the heavens, on all that moves on the earth, and on all the fish of the sea. They are given into your hands. ³ Every creeping thing which is alive shall be food for you. I have given you all things, even as the green plant. ⁴ But you shall not eat flesh in its life, its blood.

⁶ Whoever sheds man's blood, his blood shall be shed by man. For He made man in the image of God.

⁷ Come, let Us go down and confuse their language so that they cannot understand one another's speech.

²³ For you shall be in covenant with the stones of the field; and the beasts of the field will be at peace with you.

¹⁰ But no one says, Where is God my Maker, who gives songs in the night,

⁴ what is man that You are mindful of him, and the son of man, that You visit him? ⁵ For You have made him lack a little from God; and have crowned him with glory and honor. ⁶ You made him rule over the works of Your hands; You have put all under his feet, ⁷ all flocks and oxen, and also the animals of the field, ⁸ the birds of the heavens, and the fish of the sea, all that pass through the sea.

³ Know that Jehovah, He is God; He has made us, and not we ourselves, His people and the sheep of His pasture.

²⁰ You put darkness, and it is night; in it all the forest animals creep. ²¹ The young lions roar for prey, and to seek their food from God. ²² The sun rises; they are gathered, and go to their dens to lie down. ²³ Man goes out to his work, and to his labor until the evening. ²⁴ O Jehovah, how many are Your works! You have made all of them in wisdom; the earth is full of Your riches.

² Let Israel rejoice in His Makers; let the sons of Zion be joyful in their Kings.

²⁹ Behold, this only I have found, that God has made man upright, but they have sought out many inventions.

⁸ And I heard the voice of Jehovah, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for Us? Then I said, Behold me. Send me!

⁸ But now, Jehovah, You are our Father. We are the clay, and You are our Former; yea, we all are Your handiwork.

⁶ And now I have given all these lands into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon, My servant. And I have also given him the beast of the field to serve him.

¹⁷ But Jesus answered them, My Father works until now, and I work.

²³ Jesus answered and said to him, If anyone loves Me, he will keep My Word, and My Father shall love him. And We will come to him and will make a dwelling place with him.

²⁰ For you bring startling things to our ears. We are minded, then, to know what these things wish to be.

²⁶ And He made every nation of men of one blood, to live on all the face of the earth, ordaining fore-appointed seasons and boundaries of their dwelling,

²⁸ For in Him we live and move and exist, as also some of the poets among you have said, For we are also His offspring. ²⁹ Then being offspring of God, we ought not to suppose that the Godhead is like gold or silver or stone, engraved by art and the imagination of man.

⁷ For truly a man ought not to have the head covered, being the image and glory of God. But woman is the glory of man;

¹⁸ But we all with our face having been unveiled, having beheld the glory of the Lord in a mirror, are being changed into the same image from glory to glory, as from the Lord Spirit.

⁴ in whom the god of this age has blinded the thoughts of the unbelieving, so that the brightness of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should not dawn on them.

²⁴ and to put on the new man, which according to God was created in righteousness and true holiness.

¹⁵ who is the image of the invisible God, the First-born of all creation.

¹⁰ and having put on the new, having been renewed in full knowledge according to the image of the One creating him,

⁶ but one fully testified somewhere, saying, "What is man, that You are mindful of him; or the son of man, that You look upon him? ⁷ You made him a little less than the angels; You crowned him with glory and honor; and You set him over the works of Your hands; ⁸ You put all things under his feet." Psa. 8:4 -6 For in putting all things under him, He left nothing not subjected to him. But now we do not yet see all things being subjected to him; ⁹ but we do see Jesus crowned with glory and honor, who on account of the suffering of death was made a little less than the angels, so that by the grace of God He might taste of death for every son .

⁷ For every species of beasts, both indeed of birds, of creeping things, and of sea animals, is tamed, and has been tamed by the human species;

⁹ By this we bless God and the Father; and by this we curse men having come into being according to the image of God. Gen. 1:26

⁷ For there are three bearing witness in Heaven: the Father the Word, and the Holy Spirit; and these three are one.
