⁴ They drank wine, and praised to the gods of gold and silver, brass, iron, wood and stone. ⁵ In the same moment went forth fingers of a man's hand and wrote before the candlestick upon the lime of the wall of the temple of the king: and the king saw the palm of the hand that wrote.

³⁴ And attend to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be loaded with dizziness, caused by excess, and drunkenness, and cares of life, and that day come upon you unexpectedly. ³⁵ For as a snare shall it come upon all remaining upon the face of all, the earth.
