²⁰ For the invisible things of him since the creation of the world are clearly seen, being perceived through the things that are made, even his everlasting power and divinity, that they may be without excuse:

³³ And Abraham planted a tamarisk-tree in Beer-sheba, and called there on the name of the LORD, the Everlasting God.

¹⁹ and lest thou lift up thine eyes unto heaven, and when thou seest the sun and the moon and the stars, even all the host of heaven, thou be drawn away and worship them, and serve them, which the LORD thy God hath allotted unto all the peoples under the whole heaven.

²⁷ The eternal God is a dwelling-place, and underneath are the everlasting arms; and He thrust out the enemy from before thee, and said: 'Destroy.'

²⁶ If I beheld the sun when it shined, or the moon walking in brightness; ²⁷ And my heart hath been secretly enticed, and my mouth hath kissed my hand; ²⁸ This also were an iniquity to be punished by the judges; for I should have lied to God that is above.

In them hath He set a tent for the sun, ⁵ (19:6) Which is as a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, and rejoiceth as a strong man to run his course. ⁶ (19:7) His going forth is from the end of the heaven, and his circuit unto the ends of it; and there is nothing hid from the heat thereof.

⁶ By the word of the LORD were the heavens made; and all the host of them by the breath of His mouth. ⁷ He gathereth the waters of the sea together as a heap; He layeth up the deeps in storehouses. ⁸ Let all the earth fear the LORD; let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of Him. ⁹ For He spoke, and it was; He commanded, and it stood.

² Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever Thou hadst formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, Thou art God.

⁵ Who didst establish the earth upon its foundations, that it should not be moved for ever and ever;

³¹ May the glory of the LORD endure for ever; let the LORD rejoice in His works!

⁹⁰ Thy faithfulness is unto all generations; Thou hast established the earth, and it standeth.

¹³ For Thou hast made my reins; Thou hast knit me together in my mother's womb.

⁸ Fire and hail, snow and vapour, stormy wind, fulfilling His word; ⁹ Mountains and all hills, fruitful trees and all cedars; ¹⁰ Beasts and all cattle, creeping things and winged fowl; ¹¹ Kings of the earth and all peoples, princes and all judges of the earth; ¹² Both young men and maidens, old men and children;

⁶ (9:5) For a child is born unto us, a son is given unto us; and the government is upon his shoulder; and his name is called Pele- joez-el-gibbor-Abi-ad-sar-shalom;

⁴ Trust ye in the LORD for ever, for the LORD is GOD, an everlasting Rock.

²⁶ Lift up your eyes on high, and see: who hath created these? He that bringeth out their host by number, He calleth them all by name; by the greatness of His might, and for that He is strong in power, not one faileth.

²¹ Hear now this, O foolish people, and without understanding, that have eyes, and see not, that have ears, and hear not:

⁴⁵ that ye may be sons of your Father who is in heaven; for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sendeth rain on the just and the unjust.

¹⁸ No man hath seen God at any time, the only begotten Son, who is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.

²² If I had not come and spoken unto them, they had not had sin; but now they have no excuse for their sin.

²⁹ Being then the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Godhead is like unto gold, or silver, or stone, graven by art and device of man.

¹ Brethren and fathers, hear ye the defense which I now make unto you.

¹⁹ because that which is known of God is manifest in them, for God manifested it unto them.

¹ Wherefore thou art without excuse, O man, whosoever thou art that judgest; for wherein thou judges another, thou condemnest thyself, for thou that judgest dost practice the same things.

¹⁵ in that they show the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience bearing witness therewith, and their thoughts one with another accusing or else excusing them),

¹⁵ who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation,

⁹ for in him dwelleth all the fullness of the Godhead bodily,

¹⁷ Now unto the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only wise God, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen.

¹⁶ who only hath immortality, dwelling in light unapproachable, whom no man hath seen, nor can see; to whom be honor and power eternal. Amen.

¹⁴ how much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without blemish unto God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?

²⁷ By faith he forsook Egypt, not fearing the wrath of the king; for he endured, as seeing him who is invisible.
