Deuteronomy 9:9

9 Then I went up to the mountain to receive the two stone Tablets of the Covenant that the LORD had established with you. I stayed on the mountain for 40 days and nights without eating food or drinking water.

Hebrews 8:6-10

6 However, Jesus has now obtained a more superior ministry, since the covenant he mediates is founded on better promises.
7 The New Covenant is Better than the OldIf the first covenant had been faultless, there would have been no need to look for a second one, 8 but God found something wrong with his people when he said, “Look! Hebrews 9:4

4 which had the gold altar for incense and the Ark of the Covenant completely covered with gold. In it were the gold jar holding the manna, Aaron’s staff that had budded, and the Tablets of the Covenant.
