⁷ Hee spake vnto them in the cloudie pillar: they kept his testimonies, and the Lawe that he gaue them.

⁹ And the Lord sayd vnto Moses, Lo, I come vnto thee in a thicke cloude, that the people may heare, whiles I talke with thee, and that they may also beleeue thee for euer. (for Moses had tolde the wordes of the people vnto the Lord)

⁹ And assoone as Moses was entred into the Tabernacle, the cloudie pillar descended and stood at the doore of the Tabernacle, and the Lord talked with Moses.

¹⁶ So Moses did according to all that ye Lord had commanded him: so did he.

⁵ Then the Lord came downe in the pillar of the cloude, and stoode in the doore of the Tabernacle, and called Aaron and Miriam, and they both came forth.

¹⁵ Then Moses waxed verie angry, and saide vnto the Lord, Looke not vnto their offring: I haue not taken so much as an asse from them, neither haue I hurt any of them.

⁵ Behold, I haue taught you ordinances, and lawes, as the Lord my God commanded me, that ye should doe euen so within the land whither ye goe to possesse it.

⁹ Who said vnto his father and to his mother, I haue not seene him, neither knewe he his brethren, nor knewe his owne children: for they obserued thy word, and kept thy couenant.

³ Beholde, here I am: beare recorde of me before the Lord and before his Anointed. Whose oxe haue I taken? or whose asse haue I taken? or whome haue I done wrong to? or whome haue I hurt? or of whose hande haue I receiued any bribe, to blinde mine eyes therewith, and I will restore it you? ⁴ Then they sayde, Thou hast done vs no wrong, nor hast hurt vs, neither hast thou taken ought of any mans hand. ⁵ And he saide vnto them, The Lord is witnesse against you, and his Anointed is witnesse this day, that yee haue founde nought in mine handes. And they answered, He is witnesse.

²⁸ He sent darkenesse, and made it darke: and they were not disobedient vnto his commission.

⁹ He that turneth away his eare from hearing the Law, euen his prayer shalbe abominable.

² Who was faithfull to him that hath appointed him, euen as Moses was in al his house.

²¹ Beloued, if our heart condemne vs not, then haue we boldnes toward God. ²² And whatsoeuer we aske we receiue of him, because we keepe his commandements, and do those things which are pleasing in his sight.
