¹⁰ Therefore yet a litle while, and the wicked shall not appeare, and thou shalt looke after his place, and he shall not be found.

³⁵ I haue seene the wicked strong, and spreading himselfe like a greene bay tree. ³⁶ Yet he passed away, and loe, he was gone, and I sought him, but he could not be founde.

¹⁰ For he seeth that wise men die, and also that the ignorant and foolish perish, and leaue their riches for others.

⁵ So shall God destroy thee for euer: he shall take thee and plucke thee out of thy tabernacle, and roote thee out of ye land of the liuing. Selah.

¹⁰ The righteous shall reioyce when he seeeth the vengeance: he shall wash his feete in the blood of the wicked. ¹¹ And men shall say, Verily there is fruite for the righteous: doutlesse there is a God that iudgeth in the earth.

¹⁸ Surely thou hast set them in slipperie places, and castest them downe into desolation. ¹⁹ How suddenly are they destroyed, perished and horribly consumed, ²⁰ As a dreame when one awaketh! O Lord, when thou raisest vs vp, thou shalt make their image despised.

¹⁶ For the winde goeth ouer it, and it is gone, and the place thereof shall knowe it no more.

⁴² The righteous shall see it, and reioyce, and all iniquitie shall stoppe her mouth. ⁴³ Who is wise that hee may obserue these things? for they shall vnderstand the louing kindnesse of the Lord.

¹⁶ They that see thee, shall looke vpon thee and consider thee, saying, Is this the man that made the earth to tremble, and that did shake the kingdomes? ¹⁷ He made the worlde as a wildernesse, and destroied the cities thereof, and opened not the house of his prisoners. ¹⁸ All the Kings of the nations, euen they all sleepe in glorie, euery one in his owne house. ¹⁹ But thou art cast out of thy graue like an abominable branch: like the raiment of those that are slaine, and thrust thorowe with a sword, which goe downe to the stones of the pit, as a carkeise troden vnder feete.

²⁰ But God said vnto him, O foole, this night wil they fetch away thy soule from thee: then whose shall those things be which thou hast prouided? ²¹ So is he that gathereth riches to himselfe, and is not riche in God.

²⁷ Then he said, I pray thee therfore, father, that thou wouldest sende him to my fathers house, ²⁸ (For I haue fiue brethren) that he may testifie vnto them, least they also come into this place of torment.

³⁶ For ye haue neede of patience, that after ye haue done the will of God, ye might receiue the promise. ³⁷ For yet a very litle while, and hee that shall come, will come, and will not tary.

⁷ Now the ende of all things is at hand. Be ye therefore sober, and watching in prayer.

¹⁰ And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, Lord, which art holie and true! doest not thou iudge and auenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth? ¹¹ And long white robes were giuen vnto euery one, and it was saide vnto them, that they shoulde rest for a litle season vntill their fellow seruants, and their brethren that shoulde bee killed euen as they were, were fulfilled.
