¹⁰ Let the wicked fall into his nettes together, whiles I escape.

¹⁰ So they hanged Haman on the tree, that he had prepared for Mordecai: then was the Kings wrath pacified.

¹⁵ Hee hath made a pitte and digged it, and is fallen into the pit that he made. ¹⁶ His mischiefe shall returne vpon his owne head, and his crueltie shall fall vpon his owne pate.

⁸ Let destruction come vpon him at vnwares, and let his net, that he hath laid priuilie, take him: let him fall into the same destruction.

¹⁴ The wicked haue drawen their sworde, and haue bent their bowe, to cast downe the poore and needie, and to slay such as be of vpright conuersation. ¹⁵ But their sword shall enter into their owne heart, and their bowes shalbe broken.

⁷ But God will shoote an arrowe at them suddenly: their strokes shalbe at once. ⁸ They shall cause their owne tongue to fall vpon them: and whosoeuer shall see them, shall flee away.

⁹ As for the chiefe of them, that compasse me about, let the mischiefe of their owne lippes come vpon them.

⁸ The righteous escapeth out of trouble, and the wicked shall come in his steade.
