¹³ Take holde of instruction, and leaue not: keepe her, for shee is thy life.

²⁶ And he saide, Let me goe, for the morning appeareth. Who answered, I will not let thee go except thou blesse me.

⁴⁷ For it is no vaine worde concerning you, but it is your life, and by this worde ye shall prolong your dayes in the land, whither yee go ouer Iorden to possesse it.

²⁷ And he began at Moses, and at all the Prophets, and interpreted vnto them in all the Scriptures the things which were written of him. ²⁸ And they drew neere vnto ye towne, which they went to, but he made as though hee would haue gone further. ²⁹ But they constrained him, saying, Abide with vs: for it is towards night, and the day is farre spent. So he went in to tarie with them.

³⁹ Nowe many of the Samaritans of that citie beleeued in him, for the saying of the woman which testified, He hath tolde me all things that euer I did. ⁴⁰ Then when the Samaritans were come vnto him, they besought him, that he woulde tarie with them: and he abode there two dayes. ⁴¹ And many moe beleeued because of his owne word. ⁴² And they said vnto the woman, Nowe we beleeue, not because of thy saying: for we haue heard him our selues, and knowe that this is in deede that Christ the Sauiour of the world.

⁶⁸ Then Simon Peter answered him, Master, to whome shall we goe? thou hast the wordes of eternall life:

⁴² And they continued in the Apostles doctrine, and fellowship, and breaking of bread, and prayers.

²³ Who when he was come and had seene the grace of God, was glad, and exhorted all, that with purpose of heart they would continue in the Lord.

²¹ Try all things, and keepe that which is good.

¹ Wherefore wee ought diligently to giue heede to the thinges which wee haue heard, lest at any time we runne out.

¹³ I knowe thy workes and where thou dwellest, euen where Satans throne is, and thou keepest my Name, and hast not denied my faith, euen in those dayes when Antipas my faithfull martyr was slaine among you, where Satan dwelleth.

¹¹ But they ouercame him by that blood of that Lambe, and by that worde of their testimonie, and they loued not their liues vnto the death.
