¹⁹ Then answered Iesus, and said vnto them, Verely, verely I say vnto you, The Sonne can doe nothing of himselfe, saue that he seeth the Father doe: for whatsoeuer things he doth, the same things doeth the Sonne in like maner.

¹ In the beginning God created the heauen and the earth.

²⁶ Furthermore God said, Let vs make man in our image according to our likenes, and let them rule ouer the fish of the sea, and ouer the foule of the heauen, and ouer the beastes, and ouer all the earth, and ouer euery thing that creepeth and moueth on the earth.

¹¹ Then the Lord said vnto him, Who hath giuen the mouth to man? or who hath made the domme, or the deafe, or him that seeth, or the blinde? haue not I the Lord?

¹⁴ Hope in the Lord: be strong, and he shall comfort thine heart, and trust in the Lord.

⁶ And the heauens shall declare his righteousnes: for God is iudge himselfe. Selah.

³ When I called, then thou heardest me, and hast encreased strength in my soule.

⁶ For the Lord giueth wisdome, out of his mouth commeth knowledge and vnderstanding.

²⁴ Thus sayeth the Lord thy redeemer and he that formed thee from the wombe, I am the Lord, that made all things, that spred out the heauens alone, and stretched out the earth by my selfe.

²⁴ Surely he shall say, In the Lord haue I righteousnesse and strength: he shall come vnto him, and all that prouoke him, shall be ashamed.

¹⁰ I the Lord search the heart, and try ye reines, euen to giue euery man according to his wayes, and according to the fruite of his workes.

¹⁵ For I will giue you a mouth and wisdome, where against all your aduersaries shall not be able to speake, nor resist.

¹⁹ Iesus answered, and said vnto them, Destroy this Temple, and in three daies I will raise it vp againe.

³ Iesus answered, and said vnto him, Verely, verely I say vnto thee, except a man be borne againe, he can not see the kingdome of God.

²¹ For likewise as the Father rayseth vp the dead, and quickeneth them, so the Sonne quickeneth whom he will.

²⁴ Verely, verely I say vnto you, he that heareth my worde, and beleeueth him that sent me, hath euerlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation, but hath passed from death vnto life. ²⁵ Verely, verely I say vnto you, the houre shall come, and now is, when the dead shall heare the voyce of the Sonne of God: and they that heare it, shall liue. ²⁶ For as the Father hath life in himselfe, so likewise hath he giuen to the Sonne to haue life in himselfe,

²⁸ Marueile not at this: for the houre shall come, in the which all that are in the graues, shall heare his voyce. ²⁹ And they shall come foorth, that haue done good, vnto ye resurrection of life: but they that haue done euil, vnto the resurrection of condemnation. ³⁰ I can doe nothing of mine owne selfe: as I heare, I iudge: and my iudgement is iust, because I seeke not mine owne will, but the will of the Father who hath sent me.

²⁸ Then said Iesus vnto them, When ye haue lift vp the Sonne of man, then shall ye know that I am he, and that I doe nothing of my selfe, but as my Father hath taught me, so I speake these things.

⁴ I must worke the workes of him that sent me, while it is day: the night commeth when no man can worke.

¹⁸ No man taketh it from me, but I lay it downe of my selfe: I haue power to lay it downe, and haue power to take it againe: this commandement haue I receiued of my Father.

²⁵ Iesus saide vnto her, I am the resurrection and the life: he that beleeueth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he liue. ²⁶ And whosoeuer liueth, and beleeueth in me, shall neuer die: Beleeuest thou this?

⁴⁹ For I haue not spoken of my selfe: but the Father which sent me, hee gaue me a commandement what I should say, and what I should speake.

¹⁰ Beleeuest thou not, that I am in the Father, and the Father is in me? The wordes that I speake vnto you, I speake not of my selfe: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the workes.

¹⁶ And I wil pray the Father, and he shall giue you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for euer, ¹⁷ Euen the Spirit of trueth, whome the world can not receiue, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye knowe him: for he dwelleth with you, and shalbe in you. ¹⁸ I will not leaue you fatherles: but I will come to you. ¹⁹ Yet a litle while, and the world shall see me no more, but ye shall see me: because I liue, ye shall liue also. ²⁰ At that day shall ye knowe that I am in my Father, and you in me, and I in you. ²¹ He that hath my commandements, and keepeth them, is he that loueth me: and he that loueth me, shall be loued of my Father: and I will loue him, and wil shewe mine owne selfe to him. ²² Iudas sayd vnto him (not Iscariot) Lord, what is the cause that thou wilt shewe thy selfe vnto vs, and not vnto the world? ²³ Iesus answered, and sayd vnto him, If any man loue me, he will keepe my worde, and my Father will loue him, and we wil come vnto him, and wil dwell with him.

²⁴ Whome God hath raised vp, and loosed the sorrowes of death, because it was vnpossible that he should be holden of it.

⁴ We are buried then with him by baptisme into his death, that like as Christ was raysed vp from the dead to the glorie of the Father, so we also should walke in newnesse of life.

¹¹ But if the Spirit of him that raised vp Iesus from the dead, dwell in you, he that raised vp Christ from the dead, shall also quicken your mortall bodies, by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.

¹² Now if it be preached, that Christ is risen from the dead, how say some among you, that there is no resurrection of the dead?

¹⁴ Knowing that he which hath raised vp the Lord Iesus, shall raise vs vp also by Iesus, and shall set vs with you.

¹⁰ For we must all appeare before the iudgement seate of Christ, that euery man may receiue the things which are done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or euill.

⁹ And he said vnto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my power is made perfect through weakenesse. Very gladly therefore will I reioyce rather in mine infirmities, that the power of Christ may dwell in me. ¹⁰ Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproches, in necessities, in persecutions, in anguish for Christes sake: for when I am weake, then am I strong.

¹⁸ That the eyes of your vnderstanding may be lightened, that ye may knowe what the hope is of his calling, and what the riches of his glorious inheritance is in the Saints, ¹⁹ And what is the exceeding greatnesse of his power toward vs, which beleeue, according to the working of his mightie power,

⁵ Euen when we were dead by sinnes, hath quickened vs together in Christ, by whose grace ye are saued,

¹⁶ That he might graunt you according to the riches of his glorie, that ye may be strengthened by his Spirit in the inner man,

²¹ Who shall change our vile bodie, that it may be fashioned like vnto his glorious body, according to the working, whereby hee is able euen to subdue all things vnto him selfe.

¹³ I am able to do al things through the helpe of Christ, which strengtheneth me.

¹¹ Strengthened with all might through his glorious power, vnto all patience, and long suffering with ioyfulnesse,

¹⁶ For by him were all things created, which are in heauen, and which are in earth, thinges visible and inuisible: whether they be Thrones or Dominions, or Principalities, or Powers, all things were created by him, and for him,

¹⁴ For if we beleeue that Iesus is dead, and is risen, euen so them which sleepe in Iesus, will God bring with him.

¹⁸ For Christ also hath once suffered for sinnes, the iust for the vniust, that he might bring vs to God, and was put to death concerning the flesh, but was quickened by the spirit.

²³ And I will kill her children with death: and all the Churches shall know that I am he which searche the reines and heartes: and I will giue vnto euery one of you according vnto your workes.
