¹ There was nowe a man of the Pharises, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Iewes.

¹³ Then Pilate called together the hie Priests and the rulers, and the people,

¹⁰ Iesus answered, and saide vnto him, Art thou a teacher of Israel, and knowest not these things?

⁴⁷ Then answered them the Pharises, Are yee also deceiued? ⁴⁸ Doeth any of the rulers, or of the Pharises beleeue in him? ⁴⁹ But this people, which know not the Law, are cursed. ⁵⁰ Nicodemus said vnto them, (he that came to Iesus by night, and was one of them.)

³⁹ And there came also Nicodemus (which first came to Iesus by night) and brought of myrrhe and aloes mingled together about an hundreth pound.
