²⁷ Then saide he to the disciple, Beholde thy mother: and from that houre, the disciple tooke her home vnto him.

⁸ Now the you sent not me hither, but God, who hath made mee a father vnto Pharaoh, and lorde of all his house, and ruler throughout all the land of Egypt.

¹² And Ioseph nourished his father, and his brethren, and all his fathers houshold with bread, euen to the yong children.

⁴⁸ But he answered, and said to him that told him, Who is my mother? and who are my brethren? ⁴⁹ And he stretched foorth his hand toward his disciples, and said, Beholde my mother and my brethren. ⁵⁰ For whosoeuer shall doe my Fathers will which is in heauen, the same is my brother and sister and mother.

³² Beholde, the houre commeth, and is already come, that ye shalbe scattered euery man into his owne, and shall leaue me alone: but I am not alone: for the Father is with me.

² The elder women as mothers, the yonger as sisters, with all purenesse. ³ Honour widowes, which are widowes in deede. ⁴ But if any widowe haue children or nephewes, let them learne first to shewe godlinesse towarde their owne house, and to recompense their kinred: for that is an honest thing and acceptable before God.

¹⁸ My litle children, let vs not loue in worde, neither in tongue onely, but in deede and in trueth. ¹⁹ For thereby we know that we are of the trueth, and shall before him assure our hearts.
