²² Beholde, God exalteth by his power: what teacher is like him?

⁷ The Lord maketh poore and maketh rich: bringeth lowe, and exalteth. ⁸ He raiseth vp ye poore out of the dust, and lifteth vp the begger from the dunghill, to set them among princes, and to make them inherite the seate of glory: for the pillars of the earth are the Lordes, and he hath set the world vpon them.

¹¹ Which teacheth vs more then the beastes of the earth, and giueth vs more wisdome then the foules of the heauen.

⁷ But God is the iudge: he maketh lowe and he maketh hie.

¹⁰ Or he that chastiseth the nations, shall he not correct? hee that teacheth man knowledge, shall he not knowe?

¹² Blessed is the man, whom thou chastisest, O Lord, and teachest him in thy Lawe,

⁵ The Lord hath broken the rodde of the wicked, and the scepter of the rulers:

¹⁷ Thus saith the Lord thy redeemer, the Holy one of Israel, I am the Lord thy God, which teach thee to profite, and lead thee by the way, that thou shouldest goe.

¹³ And all thy children shalbe taught of the Lord, and much peace shalbe to thy children.

⁵ I haue made the earth, the man, and the beast that are vpon the groud, by my great power, and by my outstreched arme, and haue giuen it vnto whom it pleased me. ⁶ But nowe I haue giuen all these landes into the hand of Nebuchad-nezzar the King of Babel my seruant, and the beastes of the fielde haue I also giuen him to serue him. ⁷ And all nations shall serue him, and his sonne, and his sonnes sonne vntill the very time of his lande come also: then many nations and great Kinges shall serue themselues of him. ⁸ And the nation and kingdome which will not serue the same Nebuchad-nezzar king of Babel, and that will not put their necke vnder the yoke of the King of Babel, the same nation will I visite, saith the Lord, with the sworde, and with the famine, and with the pestilence, vntill I haue wholy giuen them into his hands.

³⁸ Behold, the dayes come, saith the Lord, that the citie shalbe built to the Lord from the tower of Hananeel, vnto the gate of the corner.

²⁵ All these things shall come vpon the King Nebuchad-nezzar.

³² And all the inhabitants of the earth are reputed as nothing: and according to his will he worketh in the armie of heauen, and in the inhabitants of the earth: and none can stay his hand, nor say vnto him, What doest thou?

¹⁸ O King, heare thou, The most high God gaue vnto Nebuchad-nezzar thy father a kingdome, and maiestie, and honour and glory.

⁵² Hee hath put downe the mighty from their seates, and exalted them of lowe degree.

⁴⁵ It is written in the Prophetes, And they shalbe al taught of God. Euery man therefore that hath heard, and hath learned of the Father, commeth vnto me:

¹ Let euery soule be subiect vnto the higher powers: for there is no power but of God: and the powers that be, are ordeined of God.
