⁸ For the Scripture foreseeing, that God would iustifie the Gentiles through faith, preached before the Gospel vnto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all the Gentiles be blessed.

³ I will also blesse them that blesse thee, and curse them that curse thee, and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.

¹⁸ Seeing that Abraham shalbe in deede a great and a mightie nation, and all the nations of the earth shalbe blessed in him?

¹⁸ And in thy seede shall all the nations of the earth be blessed, because thou hast obeyed my voyce.

⁴ Also I wil cause thy seede to multiply as the starres of heauen, and will giue vnto thy seede all these countreys: and in thy seede shall all the nations of the earth be blessed,

¹⁴ And thy seede shall be as the dust of the earth, and thou shalt spread abroad to the West, and to the East, and to the North, and to the South, and in thee and in thy seede shall all the families of the earth be blessed.

¹⁰ The scepter shall not depart from Iudah, nor a Lawegiuer from betweene his feete, vntill Shiloh come, and the people shall be gathered vnto him.

⁷ In his dayes shall the righteous florish, and abundance of peace shalbe so long as the moone endureth.

¹³ But yet in it shalbe a tenth, and shall returne, and shalbe eaten vp as an elme or an oke, which haue a substance in them, when they cast their leaues: so the holy seede shall be the substance thereof.

⁹ But I will bring a seede out of Iaakob, and out of Iudah, that shall inherit my mountaine: and mine elect shall inherit it, and my seruants shall dwell there.

³⁸ Hee that beleeueth in mee, as saith the Scripture, out of his bellie shall flowe riuers of water of life.

⁴² Saith not the Scripture that that Christ shall come of the seede of Dauid, and out of the towne of Beth-leem, where Dauid was?

³⁷ And againe an other Scripture saith, They shall see him whom they haue thrust through.

²⁵ For Dauid sayeth concerning him, I beheld the Lord alwaies before me: for hee is at my right hand, that I should not be shaken. ²⁶ Therefore did mine heart reioyce, and my tongue was glad, and moreouer also my flesh shall rest in hope,

³⁵ Vntill I make thine enemies thy footestoole.

¹⁵ And to this agree the woordes of the Prophets, as it is written, ¹⁶ After this I will returne, and will builde againe the tabernacle of Dauid, which is fallen downe, and the ruines thereof will I build againe, and I will set it vp, ¹⁷ That the residue of men might seeke after the Lord, and all the Gentiles vpon whom my Name is called, saith the Lord which doeth all these things. ¹⁸ From the beginning of the worlde, God knoweth all his workes.

²⁸ Therefore we conclude, that a man is iustified by faith, without the workes of the Lawe. ²⁹ God, is he the God of the Iewes onely, and not of the Gentiles also? Yes, euen of the Gentiles also. ³⁰ For it is one God, who shall iustifie circumcision of faith, and vncircumcision through faith.

¹⁷ For the Scripture saith vnto Pharao, For this same purpose haue I stirred thee vp, that I might shewe my power in thee, and that my Name might be declared throughout al the earth.

³⁰ What shall we say then? That the Gentiles which folowed not righteousnes, haue attained vnto righteousnes, euen the righteousnes which is of faith.

¹⁶ Nowe to Abraham and his seede were the promises made. Hee saith not, And to the seedes, as speaking of many: but, And to thy seede, as of one, which is Christ.

²² But the Scripture hath concluded all vnder sinne, that the promise by the faith of Iesus Christ should be giuen to them that beleeue.

³⁰ But what sayth the Scripture? Put out the seruant and her sonne: for the sonne of the seruant shall not be heire with the sonne of the free woman.

¹⁵ And that thou hast knowen the holy Scriptures of a childe, which are able to make thee wise vnto saluation, through the faith which is in Christ Iesus. ¹⁶ For the whole Scripture is giuen by inspiration of God, and is profitable to teache, to conuince, to correct, and to instruct in righteousnesse, ¹⁷ That the man of God may be absolute, being made perfect vnto all good workes.

² For vnto vs was the Gospel preached as also vnto them: but the worde that they heard, profited not them, because it was not mixed with faith in those that heard it.

¹⁵ And the seuenth Angell blewe the trumpet, and there were great voyces in heauen, saying, The kingdomes of this worlde are our Lordes, and his Christes, and he shall reigne for euermore.
