⁵⁵ But he being full of the holy Ghost, looked stedfastly into heauen, and sawe the glory of God, and Iesus standing at the right hand of God,

³¹ For he will stand at the right hand of the poore, to saue him from them that woulde condemne his soule.

¹ In the yeere of the death of King Vzziah, I saw also the Lord sitting vpon an high throne, and lifted vp, and the lower partes thereof filled the Temple. ² The Seraphims stoode vpon it: euery one had sixe wings: with twaine he couered his face, and with twaine hee couered his feete, and with twaine he did flie. ³ And one cryed to another, and sayde, Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of hostes: the whole world is full of his glory.

²⁶ And aboue the firmament that was ouer their heads, was the facion of a throne like vnto a saphir stone, and vpon the similitude of the throne was by appearance, as the similitude of a man aboue vpon it. ²⁷ And I sawe as the appearance of amber, and as the similitude of fire round about within it to looke to, euen from his loynes vpwarde: and to looke to, euen from his loynes downewarde, I sawe as a likenesse of fire, and brightnesse round about it. ²⁸ As the likenesse of the bowe, that is in the cloude in the day of raine, so was the appearance of the light round about. ⁴ Then the glorie of the Lord went vp from the Cherub, and stoode ouer the doore of the house, and the house was filled with the cloud, and the court was filled with the brightnesse of the Lordes glorie.

¹⁸ Then the glorie of the Lord departed from aboue the doore of the house, and stoode vpon the Cherubims.

²³ And the glorie of the Lord went vp from the middes of the citie, and stoode vpon the moutaine which is towarde the East side of the citie.

⁸ Yet notwithstanding I am full of power by the Spirite of the Lord, and of iudgement, and of strength to declare vnto Iaakob his transgression, and to Israel his sinne.

¹⁹ So after ye Lord had spoken vnto them, he was receiued into heauen, and sate at the right hand of God.

⁸ Then Peter ful of the holy Ghost, said vnto them, Ye rulers of the people, and Elders of Israel,

³ Wherefore brethren, looke ye out among you seuen men of honest report, and full of the holy Ghost, and of wisedome, which we may appoint to this busines.

⁵ And the saying pleased the whole multitude: and they chose Steuen a man full of fayth and of the holy Ghost, and Philippe, and Prochorus, and Nicanor, and Timon, and Parmenas, and Nicolas a Proselyte of Antiochia,

⁸ Now Steuen full of faith and power, did great wonders and miracles among the people.

¹⁰ But they were not able to resist the wisdome, and the Spirit by the which he spake.

⁹ Then Saul (which also is called Paul) being full of the holy Ghost, set his eyes on him, ¹⁰ And sayde, O full of all subtiltie and all mischiefe, the childe of the deuill, and enemie of all righteousnesse, wilt thou not cease to peruert the straight waies of the Lord?

² I know a man in Christ aboue fourteene yeeres agone, (whether he were in the body, I can not tell, or out of the body, I can not tell: God knoweth) which was taken vp into the thirde heauen. ³ And I knowe such a man (whether in the body, or out of the body, I can not tell: God knoweth) ⁴ How that he was taken vp into Paradise, and heard words which cannot be spoken, which are not possible for man to vtter.

³ Who being the brightnes of the glory, and the ingraued forme of his person, and bearing vp all things by his mightie worde, hath by himselfe purged our sinnes, and sitteth at the right hand of the Maiestie in the highest places,

¹ Nowe of the things which we haue spoken, this is the summe, that wee haue such an hie Priest, that sitteth at the right hand of the throne of the Maiestie in heauens,

¹⁷ For he receiued of God the Father honour and glory, when there came such a voyce to him from that excellent glory, This is my beloued Sonne, in whom I am well pleased.

¹ After this I looked, and beholde, a doore was open in heauen, and the first voyce which I heard, was as it were of a trumpet talking with mee, saying, Come vp hither, and I will shewe thee things which must be done hereafter. ² And immediatly I was rauished in the spirit, and behold, a throne was set in heauen, and one sate vpon the throne. ³ And he that sate, was to looke vpon, like vnto a iasper stone, and a sardine, and there was a rainbowe rounde about the throne, in sight like to an emeraude.

¹¹ Hauing the glorie of God: and her shining was like vnto a stone most precious, as a Iasper stone cleare as crystall,
