¹⁵ And the voyce spake vnto him againe the second time, The things that God hath purified, pollute thou not.

¹¹ That which goeth into the mouth, defileth not the man, but that which commeth out of the mouth, that defileth the man.

¹⁹ Because it entreth not into his heart, but into the belly, and goeth out into the draught which is the purging of all meates?

²⁸ And he sayd vnto them, Ye know that it is an vnlawfull thing for a man that is a Iewe, to company, or come vnto one of another nation: but God hath shewed me, that I should not call any man polluted, or vncleane.

⁹ But the voyce answered me the seconde time from heauen, The things that God hath purified, pollute thou not.

⁹ And he put no difference betweene vs and them, after that by faith he had purified their heartes.

²⁰ But that we send vnto them, that they abstaine themselues from filthinesse of idoles, and fornication, and that that is strangled, and from blood.

²⁹ That is, that ye abstaine from things offered to idoles, and blood, and that that is strangled, and from fornication: from which if ye keepe your selues, ye shall doe well. Fare ye well.

¹⁴ I know, and am perswaded through the Lord Iesus, that there is nothing vncleane of it selfe: but vnto him that iudgeth any thing to be vncleane, to him it is vncleane.

²⁰ Destroy not the worke of God for meates sake: all things in deede are pure: but it is euill for the man which eateth with offence.

²⁵ Whatsoeuer is solde in the shambles, eate ye, and aske no question for conscience sake.

¹² For before that certaine came from Iames, he ate with the Gentiles: but when they were come, he withdrew and separated himselfe, fearing them which were of the Circumcision. ¹³ And the other Iewes played the hypocrites likewise with him, in so much that Barnabas was led away with them by that their hypocrisie.

³ Forbidding to marrie, and commanding to abstaine from meates which God hath created to be receiued with giuing thankes of them which beleeue and knowe the trueth. ⁴ For euery creature of God is good, and nothing ought to be refused, if it be receiued with thankesgiuing. ⁵ For it is sanctified by the worde of God, and prayer.

¹⁵ Vnto the pure are all things pure, but vnto them that are defiled, and vnbeleeuing, is nothing pure, but euen their mindes and consciences are defiled.

⁹ Which was a figure for that present time, wherein were offred gifts and sacrifices that could not make holy, concerning the conscience, him that did the seruice, ¹⁰ Which only stood in meates and drinkes, and diuers washings, and carnal rites, which were inioyned, vntill the time of reformation.

¹⁴ And I looked, and behold, a white cloude, and vpon the cloude one sitting like vnto the Sonne of man, hauing on his head a golden crowne, and in his hand a sharpe sickle. ¹⁵ And another Angel came out of the Temple, crying with a loude voyce to him that sate on the cloude, Thrust in thy sickle and reape: for the time is come to reape: for the haruest of the earth is ripe. ¹⁶ And he that sate on the cloude, thrust in his sickle on the earth, and the earth was reaped. ¹⁷ Then an other Angel came out of the Temple, which is in heauen, hauing also a sharpe sickle.

²⁰ And the wine presse was troden without the citie, and blood came out of the wine presse, vnto the horse bridles, by the space of a thousand and sixe hundreth furlongs.
