¹⁹ For God was in Christ, and reconciled the world to himselfe, not imputing their sinnes vnto them, and hath committed to vs the word of reconciliation.

¹ A Psalme of David to give instruction. Blessed is he whose wickednes is forgiuen, and whose sinne is couered. ² Blessed is the man, vnto whom the Lord imputeth not iniquitie, and in whose spirite there is no guile.

²⁵ I, euen I am he that putteth away thine iniquities for mine owne sake, and will not remember thy sinnes.

²² I haue put away thy transgressions like a cloude, and thy sinnes, as a mist: turne vnto me, for I haue redeemed thee.

²³ Behold, a virgine shalbe with childe, and shall beare a sonne, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which is by interpretation, God with vs.

¹⁰ Beleeuest thou not, that I am in the Father, and the Father is in me? The wordes that I speake vnto you, I speake not of my selfe: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the workes. ¹¹ Beleeue me, that I am in the Father, and the Father is in me: at the least, beleeue me for the very workes sake.

²⁰ At that day shall ye knowe that I am in my Father, and you in me, and I in you.

²³ I in them, and thou in mee, that they may be made perfect in one, and that the worlde may knowe that thou hast sent mee, and hast loued them, as thou hast loued me.

²⁴ And are iustified freely by his grace, through the redemption that is in Christ Iesus, ²⁵ Whom God hath set forth to be a reconciliation through faith in his blood to declare his righteousnes, by the forgiuenesse of the sinnes that are passed, ²⁶ Through the patience of God, to shewe at this time his righteousnesse, that hee might be iust, and a iustifier of him which is of the faith of Iesus.

⁶ Euen as Dauid declareth the blessednesse of the man, vnto whom God imputeth righteousnes without workes, saying, ⁷ Blessed are they, whose iniquities are forgiuen, and whose sinnes are couered. ⁸ Blessed is the man, to whom the Lord imputeth not sinne.

¹⁵ For if the casting away of them be the reconciling of the world, what shall the receiuing be, but life from the dead?

⁹ For in him dwelleth all the fulnesse of the Godhead bodily.

¹⁶ And without controuersie, great is the mysterie of godlinesse, which is, God is manifested in the flesh, iustified in the Spirit, seene of Angels, preached vnto the Gentiles, beleeued on in the world, and receiued vp in glorie.

¹ My little children, these things write I vnto you, that ye sinne not: and if any man sinne, wee haue an Aduocate with the Father, Iesus Christ, the Iust. ² And he is the reconciliation for our sinnes: and not for ours onely, but also for the sinnes of the whole world.

¹⁰ Herein is that loue, not that we loued God, but that he loued vs, and sent his Sonne to be a reconciliation for our sinnes.
