¹⁵ And we are found also false witnesses of God: for we haue testified of God, that he hath raised vp Christ: whome he hath not raised vp, if so be the dead be not raised.

³ Thou shalt not esteeme a poore man in his cause.

⁷ Will ye speake wickedly for Gods defence, and talke deceitfully for his cause? ⁸ Will ye accept his person? or will ye contende for God? ⁹ Is it well that he shoulde seeke of you? will you make a lye for him, as one lyeth for a man? ¹⁰ He will surely reprooue you, if ye doe secretly accept any person.

²⁴ Whome God hath raised vp, and loosed the sorrowes of death, because it was vnpossible that he should be holden of it.

³² This Iesus hath God raised vp, whereof we all are witnesses.

¹⁰ Be it knowen vnto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the Name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye haue crucified, whome God raised againe from the dead, euen by him doth this man stand here before you, whole.

³³ And with great power gaue the Apostles witnes of the resurrection of the Lord Iesus: and great grace was vpon them all.

³⁰ But God raised him vp from the dead. ³¹ And hee was seene many dayes of them, which came vp with him from Galile to Hierusalem, which are his witnesses vnto the people. ³² And we declare vnto you, that touching the promise made vnto the fathers, ³³ God hath fulfilled it vnto vs their children, in that he raised vp Iesus, euen as it is written in the seconde Psalme, Thou art my Sonne: this day haue I begotten thee.

⁷ For if the veritie of God hath more abounded through my lye vnto his glorie, why am I yet condemned as a sinner? ⁸ And (as we are blamed, and as some affirme, that we say) why doe we not euil, that good may come thereof? whose damnation is iust.

¹³ For if there be no resurrection of the dead, then is Christ not risen:

²⁰ But nowe is Christ risen from the dead, and was made the first fruites of them that slept.
