Leviticus 17:3-6

Leviticus 26:30

30 And I will destroy your high places, and cut down your sun-images, and cast your carcases upon the carcases of your idols; and my soul shall abhor you.

Deuteronomy 12:2-5

47 But Solomon built him a house. 48 Howbeit the Most High dwelleth not in [houses] made with hands; as saith the prophet, 49 The heaven is my throne, And the earth the footstool of my feet: What manner of house will ye build me? saith the Lord: Or what is the place of my rest?
