On that day, they call out in the scroll of Mosheh in the ears of the people; and they find inscribed therein that the Ammoniy and the Moabiy are not to come into the congregation of Elohim eternally;

³ an Ammoniy or Moabiy enters not to the congregation of Yah Veh - even to their tenth generation enter not to the congregation of Yah Veh eternally: ⁴ for word that they anticipated you not with bread and with water in the way, when you came from Misrayim; and because they hired Bilam the son of Beor of Pethor of Aram Naharaim against you to abase you: ⁵ and Yah Veh your Elohim willed to not hearken to Bilam; but Yah Veh your Elohim turned the abasement to a blessing to you, because Yah Veh your Elohim loved you:

¹¹ - when all Yisra El comes to be seen at the face of Yah Veh your Elohim in the place he chooses, recall this torah in front of all Yisra El in their ears. ¹² Congregate the people - men and women and toddlers and the sojourner inside your portals, to hear and to learn and to awe Yah Veh your Elohim and guard to work all the words of this torah:

² and the sovereign ascends into the house of Yah Veh with all the men of Yah Hudah and all the settlers of Yeru Shalem and the priests and the prophets and all the people both small and great: and he calls out in their ears all the words of the scroll of the covenant found in the house of Yah Veh:

¹⁰ And Sanballat the Horoniy and Tobi Yah the servant - the Ammoniy, hear of it, and in being evil, it is evil to them for a human to come to seek the good of the sons of Yisra El.

¹⁹ And Sanballat the Horoniy and Tobi Yah the servant the Ammoniy and Geshem the Arabiy hear; and they deride us and despise us and say, What is this word you work? Rebel you against the sovereign?

³ And Tobi Yah the Ammoniy is by him, and he says, Whatever they build, if a fox ascends, even he splits their stone wall.

³ And he calls out therein at the face of the broadway at the face of the water portal from the light until midday; in front of the men and the women and all who discern; and the ears of all the people to the scroll of the torah. ⁴ And Ezra the scribe stands on a tower of timber they worked for the word; and Mattith Yah stands beside him; and Shema and Ana Yah and Uri Yah and Hilqi Yah and Maase Yah, on his right; Malki Yah and Hashum and Hashbad Danah, Zechar Yah and Meshullam. ⁵ And Ezra opens the scroll in the eyes of all the people - he being above all the people and he opens it and all the people stand: ⁶ and Ezra blesses Yah Veh the great Elohim. And all the people answer, Amen! Amen! - they raise their hands and they bow their heads and prostrate to Yah Veh with their nostrils to the earth. ⁷ And Yah Shua and Bani and Shereb Yah, Yamin, Aqqub, Shabbethay, Hodi Yah, Maase Yah, Qelita, Azar Yah, Yah Zabad, Hanan, Pela Yah and the Leviym, have the people discern the torah: and the people are in their station: ⁸ and they call out in the scroll in the torah of Elohim expressly and set the comprehension and have them discern the convocation.

³ and they rise in their station and call out in the scroll of the torah of Yah Veh their Elohim a fourth of the day; and a fourth they spread hands and prostrate to Yah Veh their Elohim.

²³ Also in those days I see that the Yah Hudiym settle with women of Ashdodiy, of Ammoniy and of Moabiy:

⁷ Gebal and Ammon and Amaleq, the Peleshethiym with the settlers of Sor ⁸ and Ashshur joins with them - an arm to the sons of Lot. Selah. ⁹ Work them as to Midyan; as Sisera, as Yabiyn, at the wadi of Qishon;

THE BURDEN OF MOAB
The burden of Moab: Because in a night Ar of Moab is ravaged and rendered mute; because in a night Qir of Moab is ravaged and rendered mute: ² he ascends to Bayith and to Dibon - to the bamahs, weeping: Moab howls over Nebo and over Medeba - baldness on all their heads - every beard cut off. ³ In their outways they gird with sackcloth: on their roofs and in their broadways every one howls - descending into weeping abundantly. ⁴ And Heshbon cries, and El Aleh: their voice is heard to Yahsah: so the equipped of Moab shout; his soul trembles. ⁵ My heart is toward Moab; his fugitives cry out to Soar, an heifer of three: for by the ascent of Luchith they ascend with weeping; for in the way of Horonayim they waken a cry of breaking. ⁶ For the waters of Nimrim are desolations: for the hay withers away, the sprout finishes off; there is no green. ⁷ So the abundance they worked and what they mustered they bear away to the wadi of the willows. ⁸ For the cry goes around the borders of Moab - the howling to Eglayim and the howling to Beerelim: ⁹ for the waters of Dimon fill with blood: for I place additions upon Dimon - lions upon the escapees of Moab and upon the survivors of the soil.

¹⁶ Seek the scroll of Yah Veh, and call out! Not one of these lack! No woman oversees her mate: for my mouth misvahs, and his spirit gathers them:

MESSAGE AGAINST MOAB
Against Moab: Thus says Yah Veh Sabaoth Elohim of Yisra El; Ho, Nebo! for it is ravaged: Qiryathaim is shamed and captured: the secure loft is shamed and dismayed. ² The halal of Moab is no more: in Heshbon they fabricated evil against it. Come, and we cut it off from a goyim. Also you, O Madmen, are severed; the sword goes after you. ³ A voice of crying from Horonaim - ravage and great breaking. ⁴ Moab is broken; her little ones cry a cry to be heard. ⁵ For in the ascent of Luchith, in weeping, weeping ascends; for in the descent of Horonaim the tribulators hear a cry of breaking. ⁶ Flee! Rescue your souls! Become as the naked tree in the wilderness.

MESSAGE AGAINST THE SONS OF AMMON
Concerning the sons of Ammon, thus says Yah Veh: Has Yisra El no sons? - No successor? Why has their sovereign succeeded Gad? - and his people settle in his cities? ² So behold, days come, - an oracle of Yah Veh that I have a blast of war to be heard in Rabbah of the sons of Ammon; and it becomes a desolate heap: and her daughters burn with fire: and Yisra El posseses them who possessed him, says Yah Veh. ³ Howl, O Heshbon, for Ay is ravaged! Cry, you daughters of Rabbah; gird with saq; chop, and flit by the walls; for their sovereign goes into exile together with his priests and his governors. ⁴ Why halal in the valleys - your flowing valley, O apostate daughter? Who confides in her treasures? Who comes to me? ⁵ Behold, I bring a fear on you - an oracle of Adonay Yah Veh Sabaoth from all them all around you; and they drive you out - every man from his face; and no one gathers him who wanders: ⁶ And afterward I restore the captivity of the sons of Ammon - an oracle of Yah Veh.

THE WORD OF YAH VEH CONCERNING THE SONS OF AMMON
And so be the word of Yah Veh to me, saying, ² Son of humanity, set your face against the sons of Ammon and prophesy against them: ³ and say to the sons of Ammon, Hear the word of Adonay Yah Veh; Thus says Adonay Yah Veh: Because you say, Aha! against my holies, when it profanes; and against the soil of Yisra El, when it desolates; and against the house of Yah Hudah, when they go into exile; ⁴ behold, so I give you to the sons of the east for a possession; and they set their walls in you and give their tabernacles in you: they eat your fruit and they drink your milk: ⁵ and I give Rabbah as a habitation of rest for camels and the sons of Ammon as a place of rest for flocks: and you know I - Yah Veh. ⁶ For thus says Adonay Yah Veh: Because you clap the hand, and stamp the foot, and cheer in soul with all your despite against the soil of Yisra El; ⁷ behold, so I spread my hand on you and give you for plunder to the goyim; and I cut you off from the people, and I destroy you from the countries: I desolate you; and you know I - Yah Veh. ⁸
THE WORD OF YAH VEH CONCERNING MOAB AND SEIR
Thus says Adonay Yah Veh: Because of the saying of Moab and Seir, Behold, Yah Hudah is as all the goyim; ⁹ so, behold, I open the shoulder of Moab from the cities - from his cities on his edges, the splendor of the country - Beth Ha Yeshimoth, Baal Meon and Qiryathaim; ¹⁰ to the sons of the east with the sons of Ammon; and give them in possession: so that the sons of Ammon are not remembered among the goyim: ¹¹ and I work judgments on Moab; and they know I - Yah Veh.

¹³ Thus says Yah Veh: For three rebellions of the sons of Ammon, and for four, I restore them not; because of splitting the women with child of Gilad, to enlarge their border:

¹⁶ And he goes to Nazareth where he was nurtured: and as his custom, he enters the synagogue on the day of the shabbaths and rises to read: ¹⁷ and he is given the scroll of the prophet Yesha Yah: and he unfurls the scroll, and finds the place where it is scribed, ¹⁸ Spirit of Yah Veh is upon me, because he anoints me to evangelize the poor; he apostolizes me to heal the crushed in heart; to preach forgiveness to the captives and sight to the blind; to apostolize the crushed in forgiveness; ¹⁹ to preach the acceptable year of Yah Veh. ^{Isaiah 61:1, 2}
