³⁹ then hear in the heavens the place of your settlement; and forgive and work and give to every man according to his ways - whose heart you know; for you - even you only, know the hearts of all the sons of humanity;

⁴ Yah Veh is in his holy manse, the throne of Yah Veh is in the heavens; his eyes see; his eyelids proof the sons of humanity. ⁵ Yah Veh proofs the just; and the wicked who love violence his soul hates.

²⁰ Yah Veh deals according to my justness; - returns according to the purity of my hands: ²¹ for I guard the ways of Yah Veh - not done wickedly against my Elohim. ²² For all his judgments are in front of me and I turn not aside his statutes from me: ²³ and I am integrious in front of him and I guard myself from my perversity: ²⁴ and Yah Veh returns to me according to my justness - according to the purity of my hands in his eyes. ²⁵ With the mercied, merciful; with the mighty integrious, integrious; ²⁶ with the pure, purified; with the pervert, a wrestler.

⁴ Give them according to their deeds and according to the evil of their exploits; give them according to the work of their hands; return to them as they deal.
