And he ascends from thence to Beth El: and he ascends by the way, and little lads go from the city and ridicule him and say to him, Ascend, baldy! Ascend, baldy! ²⁴ And he faces back and sees them and abases them in the name of Yah Veh: and two she bears come from the forest and split forty-two of the children.

¹² And Haza El says, Why weeps my adoni? And he says, Because I know the evil you work to the sons of Yisra El: you send their fortresses on fire; and slaughter their youths with the sword; and splatter their sucklings and split open their conceivers.

YAH HU DEATHIFIES YAH RAM AND ACHAZ YAH
So Yah Hu the son of Yah Shaphat the son of Nimshi conspires against Yah Ram: and Yah Ram guards Ramoth Gilad - he and all Yisra El at the face of Haza El sovereign of Aram: ¹⁵ and sovereign Yah Ram returns to Yizre El to heal of the strokes the Aramiy smote when he fought with Haza El sovereign of Aram. And Yah Hu says, If it is in your soul, let no escapee go from the city to go tell it in Yizre El. ¹⁶ So Yah Hu rides in a chariot and goes to Yizre El; for Yah Ram lies down there: and Achaz Yah sovereign of Yah Hudah descends to see Yah Ram: ¹⁷ and a watcher stands on the tower in Yizre El; and he sees the throng of Yah Hu as he comes; and says, I see a throng. And Yah Ram says, Take a charioteer and send to meet them; and say, Shalom? ¹⁸ So one goes riding on a horse to meet him and says, Thus says the sovereign, Shalom? And Yah Hu says, What have you to do with shalom? Turn behind me. And the watcher tells, saying, The angel comes to them; but he returns not: ¹⁹ and he sends out a second riding on a horse who comes to them and says, Thus says the sovereign, Shalom? And Yah Hu says, What have you to do with shalom? Turn behind me. ²⁰ And the watcher tells, saying, He comes to them and returns not: and the driving is as the driving of Yah Hu the son of Nimshi; for he drives insanely. ²¹ And Yah Ram says, Bind! - and they bind his chariot. And Yah Ram sovereign of Yisra El and Achaz Yah sovereign of Yah Hudah go - each man in his chariot and they go to meet Yah Hu; and they find him in the allotment of Naboth the Yizre Eliy. ²² And so be it, Yah Ram sees Yah Hu, and he says, Shalom, Yah Hu? And he says, What shalom when the whoredoms of your mother Iy Zebel and her sorceries are many? ²³ And Yah Ram turns his hands and flees and says to Achaz Yah, Fraud, O Achaz Yah! ²⁴ And Yah Hu fills his hand with a bow and smites Yah Ram between his arms and the arrow comes out his heart; and he bows down in his chariot: ²⁵ and says to Bidqar his tertiary, Lift! Cast him in the allotment of the field of Naboth the Yizre Eliy: for remember, when I and you rode paired after Ach Ab his father, Yah Veh laid this burden on him;

¹⁴ And he says, Apprehend them alive! And they apprehend them alive and slaughter them at the well of the house of binding/Beth Eqed - forty-two men - none of whom survive. ¹⁵ And he goes from there, and he finds Yah Nadab the son of Rechab coming to meet him: and he blesses him, and says to him, Is your heart as straight as my heart with your heart? And Yah Nadab says, So be it. If so be it, give your hand. And he gives his hand; and ascends him to himself in the chariot; ¹⁶ and he says, Come with me and see my zeal for Yah Veh. So they ride him in his chariot: ¹⁷ and when he comes to Shomeron, he smites all who survived Ach Ab in Shomeron until he desolates him according to the word Yah Veh worded to Eli Yah. ¹⁸ And Yah Hu gathers all the people and says to them, Ach Ab served Baal a little; Yah Hu serves him aboundingly: ¹⁹ now call to me all the prophets of Baal - all his servants and all his priests - no man missing: for I have a great sacrifice to Baal; whosoever is missing, lives not. - and Yah Hu works trickery so as to destroy the servants of Baal. ²⁰ And Yah Hu says, Hallow a private assembly for Baal! - and they call it. ²¹ And Yah Hu sends through all Yisra El: and all the servants of Baal came, so that no man survives who comes not: and they come to the house of Baal; and the house of Baal is filled from mouth to mouth. ²² And he says to him who are over the wardrobe, Bring the robes for all the servants of Baal! - and he brings the robes. ²³ And Yah Hu goes to the house of Baal with Yah Nadab the son of Rechab and says to the servants of Baal, Search! See that no servants of Yah Veh are here with you except the servants of Baal by themselves. ²⁴ And they go in to work sacrifices and holocausts, and Yah Hu sets eighty men outside and says, The man who allows any of the men I bring to your hands to escape - his soul for his soul. ²⁵ And so be it, as he finishes working the holocaust, Yah Hu says to the runners and to the tertiaries, Go! Smite them! Allow no man to go! - and they smite them with the mouth of the sword; and the runners and the tertiaries cast them out, and go to the city of the house of Baal:

³² In those days Yah Veh begins to cut off Yisra El and Haza El smites them in all the borders of Yisra El

³ and Yah Veh kindles his wrath against Yisra El and he gives them into the hand of Haza El sovereign of Aram and into the hand of Ben Hadad the son of Haza El all their days:

²² And Haza El sovereign of Aram oppresses Yisra El all the days of Yah Achaz:

⁴ and with justness he judges the poor, and reproves with straightness for the humble of the earth: and he smites the earth with the scion of his mouth and with the spirit of his lips he executes the wicked:

¹⁷ fear and the pit and the snare are upon you, O settler of the earth. ¹⁸ And so be it, he who flees from the voice of the fear falls into the pit; and he who ascends from midst the pit is captured in the snare: for the windows from on high open, and the foundations of the earth quake:

¹⁰ See, this day I set you overseer over the goyim and over the sovereigndoms; to uproot and to pull down and to destroy and to demolish; to build and to plant.

⁵ So I hew them by the prophets; I slaughter them by the sayings of my mouth: and your judgments are as the light that comes forth.

¹⁴ and the flight destructs from the swift: neither the strong strengthens his force nor the mighty rescues his soul:

¹⁹ - as a man flees the face of a lion and a bear meets him; or goes into the house and props his hand on the wall and a serpent bites him:

And the rest are slaughtered at the sabre of him sitting upon the horse, proceeding from his mouth: and all the fowls fill from their flesh.
