GENEALOGY OF THE SONS OF DAVID
And these are the sons of David - birthed to him in Hebron: the firstbirthed, Amnon of Achiy Noam the Yizre Eliyth; the second, Dani El of Abi Gail the Karmeliyth;

⁵⁶ and Yizre El and Yoqde Am and Zanoach

³⁹ And David hears Nabal is dead, and he says, Blessed - Yah Veh, who pleads the plea of my reproach from the hand of Nabal; and restrains his servant from evil: for Yah Veh returns the evil of Nabal on his own head. And David sends and words with Abi Gail to take her to him to woman: ⁴⁰ and the servants of David come to Abi Gail to Karmel, and they word to her, saying, David sends us to you, to take you to him to woman. ⁴¹ And she rises and prostrates herself on her nostrils to the earth and says, Behold, your maid - a maid to bathe the feet of the servants of my adoni. ⁴² And Abi Gail hastens and rises and rides on a he burro with five of her lasses who go at her feet; and she goes after the angels of David and becomes his woman. ⁴³ And David takes Achiy Noam of Yizre El; and they both are also his women.

³ and David settles with Achish at Gath - he and his men - every man with his household, David with his two women, Achiy Noam the Yizre Eliyth and Abi Gail the Karmeliyth - the woman of Nabal.

And to David sons are birthed in Hebron: and his firstbirthed: Amnon of Achiy Noam the Yizre Eliyth; ³ and his second: Kil Ab of Abi Gail the woman of Nabal the Karmeliy; and the third: Abi Shalom the son of Maachah the daughter of Talmay sovereign of Geshur; ⁴ and the fourth: Adoni Yah the son of Haggith; and the fifth: Shaphat Yah the son of Abi Tal; ⁵ and the sixth: Yithre Am of Eglah, the woman of David: these were birthed to David in Hebron.

AMNON AND TAMAR
And so be it, after this, Abi Shalom the son of David has a beautiful sister, and her name is Tamar; and Amnon the son of David loves her;

²⁹ And the lads of Abi Shalom work to Amnon as Abi Shalom misvahs: and all the sons of the sovereign rise and every man rides on his mule and flees.
